La maquinaria, consistente en tractores, arado, rastras y picadoras, permitirá tecnificar la labor de estos pequeños agricultores e incrementar su productividad; así como dar calidad de la leche cruda producida por 311 familias beneficiarias del incentivo de Planes de Negocios de Agroideas.

“Me honra estar acá a lado de los ronderos, campesinos; que estos tractores no tengan tinte político sino que vayan directamente al agricultor, al campesino que lo necesita, al compañero que está listo para labrar la tierra, este gesto debe hacerse pensando en el desarrollo, es parte del empuje de la Segunda Reforma Agraria que impulsamos en la campaña”, señaló.

Desde el distrito de La Encañada, el jefe de Estado pidió a los agricultores de la Comunidad Campesina de Michiquillay darle un uso eficiente a la maquinaria, y a las autoridades vigilar esta labor.

Precisó que la Segunda Reforma Agraria, que impulsa su Gobierno, no le quitará su terreno a nadie ni invadirá nada, sino que garantizará que los pueblos tengan energía, suficiente agua, semillas, que los productores estén capacitados y las condiciones adecuadas para que puedan llevar los alimentos directamente a los mercados.

“No se puede mendigar precios. El Estado, las autoridades, debemos hablar el mismo lenguaje para que los productos lleguen frescos al mercado, eso significa que tanto los alcaldes y los ministerios debemos tener carreteras en buenas condiciones que lleguen a los centros poblados”, apuntó.

El mandatario sostuvo que su Gobierno destinará los presupuestos para mejorar las vías de comunicación en Cajamarca y el resto del país, porque la agricultura es el sostén de los pueblos y la producción de los agricultores debe llegar a los comedores populares y a las escuelas para la alimentación de los menores.

Asimismo, pidió a las organizaciones de esta parte del país estar vigilantes de la gestión de los alcaldes y del Gobierno Nacional, y a denunciar cualquier acto de corrupción, porque los recursos del Estado deben servir para comprar más herramientas y para llegar a las madres y a las comunidades.

“Para eso hemos venido, para dar un espacio de honestidad que hemos aprendido de ustedes, de los hombres de poncho y sombrero, de la mamá que tiene su chal, es una honestidad encarnada en el campesino. Demostraremos que sí podemos hacer las cosas”, aseveró.

De la misma manera, el presidente Castillo llamó al Congreso a reconsiderar su decisión sobre algunos pedidos planteados por el Ejecutivo para destinar más recursos a la agricultura, y llamó a los empresarios a seguir invirtiendo en la región Cajamarca a fin de darle un mayor empuje a los agricultores y a los ganaderos.

“Hay mucho por hacer, pero hay que hablar un mismo lenguaje. Invoco a los miembros del Gabinete a que abran las puertas a los alcaldes, a las comisiones que van, a los centros poblados, que atiendan a la agente.
