Asimismo, resaltó que los resultados de este espacio de diálogo gubernamental deben orientarse a resolver los problemas de la población en cada departamento del país.

En su presentación ante los gobernadores regionales, ministros de Estado y funcionarios de ambos niveles de gobierno que participan en dicho encuentro, el titular de la PCM dijo que este gobierno está empeñado en el proceso de transformación de un gobierno centralizado a un gobierno descentralizado.

En ese sentido, afirmó que los acuerdos y resultados del 15.° GORE Ejecutivo que se desarrollará hasta mañana deben orientarse a resolver los problemas de las regiones y que la atención a las necesidades existentes debe priorizarse de acuerdo a la realidad de cada región, provincia y distrito.

“Lo importante es que avancemos en atender los problemas más importantes y trabajemos junto a la población, para que vea que esos esfuerzos están orientados a resolver sus problemas. Hay que entender que no existen recursos ilimitados, sino limitados, por lo que es importante priorizar las inversiones y luchar contra la corrupción en todo el proceso de descentralización”, manifestó el premier Guido Bellido, al subrayar que, si todo el país se suma al combate contra la corrupción, ello será un gran logro.

También dijo que está coordinando con el sector Economía una asignación para los proyectos de preinversión y así pueda tenerse proyectos encaminados en los gobiernos regionales y locales.

Asimismo, pidió a las autoridades ser cuidadosas con los recursos públicos y señaló que se requiere una sanción ejemplar para quienes se involucren en actos de corrupción, a causa de lo cual muchas obras en el país están paralizadas y deben ser reactivadas.

TRABAJO CONJUNTO
Por su parte, el presidente del Gobierno Regional de Loreto, Elisbán Ochoa, destacó la importancia de la realización del 15.° GORE Ejecutivo en su región y dijo que se espera que los dos días de trabajo sea provechosos para Loreto y para todo el Perú. Expresó que corresponde al gobierno nacional y a los gobiernos regionales y locales trabajar juntos para atender las demandas de las mayorías.

Añadió que, en medio de la crisis sanitaria que vive el Perú, no debemos profundizar las diferencias porque nuestro país necesita la unidad para enfrentar los problemas. También señaló que se requiere un presupuesto nacional más justo y equitativo.

En la reunión de trabajo entre el Ejecutivo y los gobiernos regionales también participó el presidente de la Asamblea Nacional de Gobiernos Regionales (ANGR) y gobernador de Ayacucho, Carlos Rua.

En el marco de este encuentro se vienen abordando cuatro temas centrales: descentralización, reactivación económica, retorno progresivo a clases presenciales y estrategias de acción frente a la pandemia. En cada caso los objetivos son coordinar la implementación de políticas e iniciativas en los territorios, fortaleciendo el proceso de descentralización, así como establecer acuerdos para potenciar la eficiencia de la reactivación económica. Además, se busca consensuar estrategias para el retorno progresivo a clases presenciales y establecer en el territorio acciones conjuntas entre el gobierno nacional y los gobiernos regionales en el marco de la emergencia sanitaria por la COVID–19.

Para la jornada de mañana viernes 24 de setiembre, se espera la presencia del presidente de la República, Pedro Castillo.

VISITAS DE TRABAJO
En otro momento, el presidente del Consejo de Ministros señaló que en el marco de la emergencia sanitaria nacional por la COVID-19, el objetivo es restablecer todas las actividades a niveles de prepandemia. Ello sin descuidar otras demandas en temas de salud y servicios que requiere la población.

También destacó el papel de los medios regionales en informar a la población sobre la realidad nacional. Por otra parte, señaló que, en cuanto a política exterior, este gobierno respeta la soberanía y la autodeterminación de los países.

Luego de participar en la jornada inaugural del 15.° GORE Ejecutivo, el jefe del gabinete ministerial verificó las labores de construcción del puente Nanay, en el distrito de Punchana, de la provincia de Maynas, obra que forma parte del Proyecto Especial de Desarrollo Integral de la cuenca del río Putumayo, a cargo del Ministerio de Desarrollo Agrario y Riego. El proyecto permitirá integrar las fronteras de Loreto con el resto del país.
