El día Sábado 07 de Agosto en horas de la mañana, se efectuó la entrega formal de los alimentos recepcionados en el local del centro educativo Carlos Gutiérrez Merino que está ubicado en el jirón Loa de la urbanización Las Brisas, en el distrito de Ancón.

La donación fue formalmente entregada por Fausto Chalco Jurado, Director de Comunicación en Lima Oeste en representación de José Morales Rojas, líder local de la Iglesia de Jesucristo en Ancón, acompañado de Josué Falcón Huacac, Director de Comunicación en Ancón a Mirtha Saravia Castilla de Ortiz, Subprefecta distrital de Ancón, quien agradeció con mucho aprecio la ayuda de la Iglesia de Jesucristo que será destinada a las ollas comunes del distrito.

En la entrega estuvo presente la regidora del consejo municipal de Ancón, Celinda Leyda Cerda López y las representantes de las 16 ollas comunes que recibirán los alimentos quienes expresaron gratitud por la donación.

Fausto Chalco indicó que los miembros de la Iglesia de Jesucristo en todo el mundo dan sus ofrendas que permiten ayudar a los necesitados, siguiendo así el ejemplo de servicio del Salvador Jesucristo.

Los alimentos entregados consisten en 50 sacos de 50 Kg de arroz, 320 cajas x 48 latas de 170 Gr de grated de atún en aceite vegetal, 250 bolsas de 5 Kg de trigo mote, 250 bolsas de 5 Kg de lenteja bebe, 250 bolsas de 5 Kg de frejol panamito, 1,880 paquetes de un Kg de fideos Spaguetti, 375 bolsas de un Kg de sal de cocina y 438 botellas de un litro de aceite vegetal que permitirán preparar raciones que alimentaran para aproximadamente 500 familias que atienden las ollas comunes.

La donación es parte de la iniciativa de ayuda humanitaria que realiza la Iglesia de Jesucristo en su misión de servicio a las personas vulnerables, especialmente las afectadas por la actual pandemia del coronavirus.

The donation is part of the humanitarian aid initiative carried out by the Church of Jesus Christ in its mission of service to vulnerable people, especially those affected by the current coronavirus pandemic.
