Como se sabe la hija del exdictador Alberto Fujimori, y candidata por tercera vez al cargo más alto de la magistratura peruana, Keiko Fujimori Higuchi no aceptó su derrota desde un inicio, pese a haber firmado una serie de documentos ante la sociedad civil peruana de que respetaría los resultados de este proceso electoral, pero no fue así como en todos los procesos en donde participó nunca ha aceptados su revés político, ya son 15 años que lleva en espera de que el voto popular la lleve a palacio de gobierno en la nación Inca.

DINA ERCILA BOLUARTE ZEGARRA Nace en Chalhuanca, Apurímac el 31 de mayo de 1962, es una abogada y política peruana. Es funcionaria del RENIEC desde 2007 y es candidata a la vicepresidencia durante las elecciones generales de 2021 por el partido Perú Libre, vive en el distrito de Surquillo – Lima.

Se graduó de abogada en la Universidad de San Martín de Porres e hizo estudios de posgrado en dicha universidad.​ Actualmente es presidenta del Club Apurímac en Lima,​ ha sido candidata a la alcaldía de dicho distrito limeño en 2018 con el partido Perú Libertario. También participó en las elecciones parlamentarias extraordinarias de 2020 con Perú Libre sin obtener escaño congresal.
