Feria “Mi Pescadería” en la región San Martín, fomenta consumo de productos hidrobiológicos.

Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe El Organismo Nacional de Sanidad Pesquera (Sanipes), adscrito al Ministerio de la Producción, participó activamente en la actividad que se desarrolló a nivel nacional denominada: “Mi Pescadería”, representando a PRODUCE en la feria que se llevó a cabo en la provincia de Picota en la región San Martín, siempre vigilante del cumplimiento de la normativa sanitaria y la inocuidad de los alimentos de la pesca y acuicultura del país.

La actividad realizada en el marco del Día del Pescador, fue organizada con el Programa Nacional “A Comer Pescado”, con el objetivo de fomentar y difundir el consumo de productos hidrobiológicos en los pobladores de esa región nororiental de la selva.

El presidente ejecutivo de Sanipes, Johnny Marchán, encabezó la actividad en compañía del alcalde provincial de Picota, Juan Dedicación Tocto Pilco y recorrió los stands donde se comercializó diversas especies de pescado, de similar forma comprobó el expendio de conservas de pescado provenientes de las MYPES.

“Espacios de comercialización como este benefician a la comercialización con bajos costos para los consumidores locales e incentivan la promoción de los productos hidrobiológicos ayudando a la reactivación económica de pescadores artesanales, productores acuícolas y las MYPES conserveras”, concluyó Marchán.

REUNIONES CON AUTORIDADES DE SAN MARTÍN
Sanipes viene desarrollando en 5 regiones amazónicas -entre ellas San Martín- el proyecto “Fortalecimiento de capacidades técnicas de los operadores de los centros de cultivo de la selva peruana, para el cumplimiento de los requisitos para la habilitación sanitaria”, mediante el cual busca habilitar sanitariamente a 100 centros de cultivo del nororiente del país, con lo cual se incrementará el movimiento económico impulsando el comercio de productos hidrobiológicos.

Por tal motivo el ingeniero Marchán sostuvo reunión con autoridades del Gobierno Regional para abordar los avances en este tema y el mejoramiento en el control sanitario en la acuicultura; así también el trabajo desarrollado en conjunto en centros de producción acuícola, puestos de venta de productos hidrobiológicos, planta de elaboración de piensos, entre otros.

Por su parte el director de la Dirección Sub Regional de la Producción Bajo Mayo, Gilmer Montejo, compartió los pormenores en las labores que están realizando a través del “Proyecto Tilapia”, donde se brinda asistencia técnica a los acuicultores por medio de extensionistas ubicados en las diferentes provincias de la región.

The executive president of Sanipes, Johnny Marchán, led the activity in the company of the provincial mayor of Picota, Juan Dedicación Tocto Pilco and toured the stands where various species of fish were sold, in a similar way he verified the sale of canned fish from the MYPES .

“Commercialization spaces like this benefit low-cost commercialization for local consumers and encourage the promotion of hydrobiological products, helping the economic reactivation of artisanal fishermen, aquaculture producers and canning MYPES”, concluded Marchán.

MEETINGS WITH AUTHORITIES OF SAN MARTÍN
Sanipes has been developing in 5 Amazonian regions -among them San Martín- the project “Strengthening the technical capacities of the operators of the cultivation centers of the Peruvian jungle, for the fulfillment of the requirements for sanitary authorization”, through which it seeks to enable sanitary to 100 farming centers in the northeast of the country, which will increase the economic movement promoting the trade of hydrobiological products.

For this reason, the engineer Marchán held a meeting with authorities of the Regional Government to address the advances in this matter and the improvement in sanitary control in aquaculture; as well as the work carried out jointly in aquaculture production centers, hydrobiological product stalls, feed processing plant, among others.

For his part, the director of the Sub-Regional Directorate of Bajo Mayo Production, Gilmer Montejo, shared the details of the work being carried out through the “Tilapia Project”, where technical assistance is provided to aquaculturists through extension agents located in the different provinces of the region.
