Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe Con el inicio de la vacunación, en el Día del Maestro, de más de 185 mil docentes de zonas rurales de 18 regiones del país, empezamos el camino que hemos trazado para, en enero próximo, volver a las clases presenciales, destacó el presidente de la República, Francisco Sagasti, quien saludó a los profesores y profesoras en esta fecha tan significativa y resaltó la labor que realizan en la formación de niños, niñas y adolescentes.
Desde Ayacucho, donde entregó un nuevo lote de 18,720 dosis de la vacuna de Pfizer, que permitirán continuar con el proceso de inmunización de los adultos mayores de esta región de la sierra sur del país, el mandatario subrayó que el Gobierno de Transición y de Emergencia garantiza la vacunación de todos los maestros en el Perú.
“Esto lo dejaremos encaminado y será el próximo gobierno el que tenga que culminar este esfuerzo”, anotó tras supervisar la vacunación de docentes de zonas rurales en el colegio Mariscal Cáceres de Huamanga.
El mandatario estuvo acompañado por el gobernador regional de Ayacucho, Carlos Rúa, los ministros de Economía y Finanzas, Waldo Mendoza; de Educación, Ricardo Cuenca; de Salud, Óscar Ugarte; y de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo, Javier Palacios. También estuvieron presentes los directores regionales de Educación y de Salud de Ayacucho, Edgar Jayo Medina y Elvyn Díaz Tello, respectivamente; y el director del colegio, Félix Valer.
“Es un gran gusto para mí, en el Día del Maestro, saber que se van a vacunar a más de 185 mil profesores de zonas rurales en 18 regiones del país al mismo tiempo. Tenemos Ayacucho, Arequipa, Apurímac, Áncash, Amazonas, Callao, Cusco, Huancavelica, La Libertad, Ica, Junín, Lima Provincias, Puno, San Martín, Tacna, Tumbes y Ucayali”, manifestó.
Aseguró que en las otras regiones que faltan, la vacunación empezará en los tres próximos días. “Es decir, este es un esfuerzo que se hace a nivel nacional. De manera progresiva iremos retornando a las clases presenciales”, señaló.
En ese sentido, refirió que el Ministerio de Educación ha desarrollado protocolos para proteger la salud de profesores y alumnos y de las familias de los estudiantes, de modo que, “gradualmente, a medida que se cumplan las condiciones y vaya extendiéndose la vacuna, estaremos llegando nuevamente a clases presenciales”.
“Si bien no tenemos una fecha exacta de cuándo eso sucederá, porque depende de la vacuna, si es que tenemos una tercera ola; lo que sí les puedo asegurar es que el próximo año, probablemente en enero, ya habiendo vacunado a toda la población, volveremos a clases presenciales”, indicó y dijo que se aprovechará el tiempo de las vacaciones para tratar de recuperar el tiempo perdido.
“Señores profesores, alumnos, padres de familia, tengan la seguridad de que en los próximos meses estaremos volviendo a las clases presenciales, habiendo vacunado a todos los profesores y, prácticamente, a gran parte de los alumnos”, expresó.
En el Día del Maestro, el presidente Sagasti destacó la labor de los profesores y profesoras de todo el país en la formación de niños, niñas y jóvenes, de manera que sean capaces no solo de ganarse la vida con honestidad y decencia, sino también de contribuir al desarrollo del país.
Asimismo, señaló que “las actividades semipresenciales que hemos tenido hasta el momento se producen en 2,581 servicios educativos de zonas rurales, que albergan a más de 100 mil estudiantes y 7 mil docentes”.
“Iremos ampliando este número. También ampliaremos la cobertura de profesores en diferentes partes, en zonas periurbanas y urbanas del país”, anotó.
136,546 DOSIS DE VACUNA SE ENTREGAN A LA REGIÓN AYACUCHO.
Durante el acto de entrega de vacunas contra la COVID-19, que se realizó en el aeropuerto de Ayacucho y contó con la presencia del gobernador regional y de los ministros de Salud, de Economía y de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo, el jefe del Estado informó que en total se ha enviado 136,546 dosis a la región de Ayacucho.
“Ustedes tienen un avance muy importante del 84 por ciento de aplicación de las dosis entregadas, esto es clave y se debe al trabajo conjunto de la Dirección Regional de Salud, el Ministerio de Salud y el gobernador regional. Por lo tanto, felicito al personal de salud por este alto porcentaje alcanzado en el uso de las vacunas”, manifestó.
Precisó que la región Ayacucho ha vacunado con la primera dosis al 64% de los adultos mayores de 60 años y al 43% con la segunda dosis.
“La protección contra la COVID-19 se obtiene con las dos dosis. Invoco a todos los adultos mayores que ya recibieron la primera dosis que vayan al lugar de vacunación más cercano para contar con la protección más completa posible”, expresó.
El mandatario informó que a nivel nacional ya se han aplicado alrededor de ocho millones 100 mil dosis y que más de tres millones 348 mil personas ya están vacunadas con la segunda dosis.
“El objetivo es vacunar a todos los adultos mayores antes de fin de julio y a toda la población antes de fin de año. Cuando llegamos al Gobierno teníamos cero contratos firmes. Ahora, nuestros contratos firmes para entrega, incluso muchos de ellos ya con el calendario definido, abarcan casi 66 millones de dosis de vacunas, que recibiremos durante este año”, resaltó y remarcó que, no obstante, el Ejecutivo sigue haciendo gestiones de manera intensa para asegurar más vacunas.
LA CONSTITUCIÓN SEÑALA QUE HAY UN PRESIDENTE Y NO UN ARBITRO
En declaraciones a la prensa, el presidente Sagasti precisó que el Jurado Nacional de Elecciones es el único que tiene la potestad de definir en el proceso electoral, el que se ha llevado a cabo de acuerdo a las reglas establecidas.
“Un presidente no es un árbitro. Por lo tanto, cualquier intento del Ejecutivo o del presidente de servir de árbitro estaría fuera de la Constitución y es algo que no nos corresponde ni me corresponde”, enfatizó.
Recordó lo que señala la Constitución en el sentido que las autoridades electorales son autónomas y subrayó que el Gobierno no interfiere ni da ningún punto de vista sobre el proceso electoral, que se ha realizado con la supervisión de misiones electorales de organismos de carácter internacional.
“Y no corresponde al Ejecutivo emitir ninguna opinión sobre la decisión que, eventualmente, tomará el Jurado Nacional ni cuándo lo hará”, remarcó y señaló que “lo que sí puedo decir es que en el Gobierno de Transición y de Emergencia venimos ya preparándonos para una transferencia con transparencia”.
En ese sentido, sostuvo que “cada uno de los ministerios está trabajando para presentar lo avanzado, lo que está pendiente en los próximos meses y semanas, lo que son las iniciativas de mayor plazo de ejecución, de modo que el gobierno entrante pueda tener a su disposición toda la información del caso”, para que la transferencia sea lo más ordenada posible y no produzca sobresaltos en la ciudadanía ni en la economía.
Como parte de su visita de trabajo, el mandatario también llegó a la provincia de Vilcas Huamán, donde fue recibido por el alcalde provincial Agliberto Martínez Buitrón y, junto al gobernador regional y los cuatro ministros de Estado, supervisó las actividades de limpieza, mantenimiento y acondicionamiento del circuito turístico de Vilcas Huamán – Ushnu, que son financiadas por el Programa Trabaja Perú del Ministerio de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo.
Durante su intervención, el mandatario resaltó que en el Gobierno de Transición y de Emergencia “trabajamos con ahínco, honestidad, transparencia y en equipo” y consideró, en ese sentido, que “si trabajamos todos juntos y tenemos una dirección podemos hacer cosas maravillosas”.
“Solo nos queda la satisfacción de poder decir que el Gobierno ha tratado de demostrar que podemos gobernarnos bien, con honestidad y franqueza, diciendo las cosas como son. Y eso es lo que dejaremos, quizá como el principal legado, al próximo gobierno”, puntualizó.

In that sense, he said that the Ministry of Education has developed protocols to protect the health of teachers and students and the families of students, so that, “gradually, as the conditions are met and the vaccine is spread, we will be arriving again to face-to-face classes ”.
“Although we do not have an exact date of when that will happen, because it depends on the vaccine, if we have a third wave; What I can assure you is that next year, probably in January, having already vaccinated the entire population, we will go back to face-to-face classes, ”he indicated and said that vacation time will be used to try to make up for lost time.
“Gentlemen teachers, students, parents, rest assured that in the coming months we will be returning to face-to-face classes, having vaccinated all teachers and, practically, a large part of the students,” he said.
On Teacher’s Day, President Sagasti highlighted the work of teachers from all over the country in training boys, girls and young people, so that they are capable not only of earning a living with honesty and decency, but also of contribute to the development of the country.
Likewise, he pointed out that “the blended activities that we have had so far are produced in 2,581 educational services in rural areas, which host more than 100,000 students and 7,000 teachers.”
“We will be expanding this number. We will also expand the coverage of teachers in different parts, in peri-urban and urban areas of the country, ”he noted.
136,546 DOSES OF VACCINE ARE DELIVERED TO THE AYACUCHO REGION.
During the act of delivery of vaccines against COVID-19, which was held at the Ayacucho airport and was attended by the regional governor and the ministers of Health, Economy and Labor and Employment Promotion, the Head of State reported that in total 136,546 doses have been sent to the Ayacucho region.
“You have a very important advance of 84 percent in the application of the doses delivered, this is key and is due to the joint work of the Regional Health Directorate, the Ministry of Health and the regional governor. THE CONSTITUTION INDICATES THAT THERE IS A PRESIDENT AND NOT AN ARBITRATOR
In statements to the press, President Sagasti specified that the National Elections Jury is the only one that has the power to define in the electoral process, the one that has been carried out according to the established rules.
“A president is not a referee. Therefore, any attempt by the Executive or the President to serve as an arbitrator would be outside the Constitution and it is something that does not correspond to us nor does it correspond to me, ”he emphasized.
He recalled what the Constitution states in the sense that the electoral authorities are autonomous and stressed that the Government does not interfere or give any point of view on the electoral process, which has been carried out with the supervision of electoral missions of international organizations.
“And it is not up to the Executive to issue any opinion on the decision that, eventually, the National Jury will take or when it will do it,” he remarked and pointed out that “what I can say is that in the Transition and Emergency Government we have already a transfer with transparency ”.
In this sense, he said that “each of the ministries is working to present progress, what is pending in the coming months and weeks, what are the initiatives with the longest execution period, so that the incoming government can have a their disposal of all the information on the case ”, so that the transfer is as orderly as possible and does not cause shocks in the public or in the economy.
As part of his working visit, the president also arrived in the province of Vilcas Huamán, where he was received by the provincial mayor Agliberto Martínez Buitrón and, together with the regional governor and the four ministers of State, supervised the cleaning, maintenance and conditioning of the Vilcas Huamán – Ushnu tourist circuit, which are financed by the Work Peru Program of the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion.
During his speech, the president highlighted that in the Transitional and Emergency Government “we work with dedication, honesty, transparency and as a team” and considered, in that sense, that “if we all work together and have a direction we can do wonderful things” .
“We only have the satisfaction of being able to say that the Government has tried to show that we can govern ourselves well, honestly and frankly, saying things as they are. And that is what we will leave, perhaps as the main legacy, to the next government, “he said.
