Casi no dormí emocionada por esto que para muchos como yo es el mayor signo de esperanza . En nombre de aquellos que se fueron sin tener esta oportunidad de vida” escribió.

Muy contenta y profunda emoción social, la joven política peruana y una de las caras más representativas de la izquierda peruana, indicó ¡Tenemos que poner el hombro por el Perú!, luego de llegar al vacunacar de la Playa Agua Dulce en Chorrillos, según el cronograma establecido, en donde se le inoculó la vacuna contra la COVID-19, siendo recibida por el director general de la Diris Lima Sur, Alberto Tejada.

De otro lado manifestó que “hay que reconocer todo el esfuerzo que está haciendo el personal de salud. Quiero decirle a la población que recurra a vacunarse, según el programa, porque por ahora la vacuna es el mejor escudo que tenemos”, puntualizó.

SOBRE LAS VACUNAS
Cabe indicar que desde el 17 de julio, las vacunas se aplican a los adultos de 45 años a más, previa consulta en el padrón, en diversos centros de vacunación distribuidos en los distritos en Lima Metropolitana y Callao. Este proceso se viene expandiendo progresivamente a varias otras regiones del país.

BALANCE EN EL TEMA SALUD
Vásquez Chuquilín también hizo un breve balance realizado por el Congreso de la República, cuya última legislatura terminó en la víspera.

Indicó que, en medio de las dificultades, se ha tratado de responder a la crisis sanitaria provocada por la pandemia de la COVID-19.

“Hemos aprobado algunas normas que tiene que ver con mecanismos de acceso a la salud, sobre todo, a las personas más vulnerables y tratar de apoyar al personal de salud”, apuntó.

Manifestó que todavía hay una brecha muy grande que se tiene que cubrir no solo a nivel de servicios sino también para el personal de salud que por años está postergado.

Vásquez Chuquilín expresó su deseo de que el próximo Congreso aborde este tema pendiente y que lo asuma con la responsabilidad que se requiere.
