Esta plataforma digital brindará una oferta de 438 consultas virtuales diarias, en especialidades como: neumología, reumatología, gastroenterología, cardiología, nefrología, hematología, terapia física, entre otras.
El Centro de Telemedicina, se ubica en el Hospital III José Cayetano Heredia y acortará las brechas de atenciones en salud, acercando los servicios a las poblaciones más vulnerables con dificultades de acceso geográfico.
Al respecto, la Titular de EsSalud, resaltó, que gracias al uso de las tecnologías de la información el nuevo Centro, distribuido en 9 boxes y 7 cabinas para consultas y tele orientación, se interconectará con otros similares que se ubican en otras ciudades, incluyendo el Centro Nacional de Telemedicina (CENATE), considerado el más grande del país, ubicado en la sede central de EsSalud en Lima.
Respecto al caso del Hospital Almenara, la funcionaria, aclaró que la investigación se inició en EsSalud, tras recibir el testimonio de un familiar y fueron las propias autoridades del Seguro Social a través de la Oficina de Integridad, quienes elevan la denuncia a la Fiscaliza, con los indicios investigados en el marco de la lucha anticorrupción de esta Institución.
Molinelli Aristondo, condenó estos supuestos actos irregulares y dijo que no le temblará la mano para denunciar acciones como estas a las autoridades correspondientes.
Invocó a la población a denunciar casos similares a través de nuestro Botón Anticorrupción publicado en web del Seguro Social y la Oficina de Integridad de esta Institución.
PLANTAS DE OXÍGENO Y AMPLIACIÓN DE CUIDADOS CRÍTICOS
En la Villa EsSalud Piura situada en la explanada del Hospital III José Cayetano Heredia, donde se recuperan pacientes en estado crítico y moderado por Covid-19, la presidenta Ejecutiva del Seguro Social, supervisó la puesta en funcionamiento de 2 nuevas plantas de oxígeno medicinal y 2 adicionales que funcionan en el Hospital I Sullana.
Precisó, que pese a la disminución del número de pacientes hospitalizados por Covid-19 que actualmente llega a 25 en UCI, el Seguro Social sigue ampliando sus servicios frente a la posibilidad de una tercera ola, por ello, hoy hemos traído nuevas camas UCI de última generación
“Antes había una alta demanda en hospitalización que llegaba a más de 480 pacientes por día, ahora hay menos de 60 y el área UCI 79 pacientes, en ambos casos se ocupaba el 100 % de nuestra infraestructura hospitalaria. Hoy en día sólo alcanzamos el 13 % en hospitalización y 98% en UCI.
NUEVO LABORATORIO DE BIOLOGÍA MOLECULAR
La presidenta Ejecutiva de EsSalud, Fiorella Molinelli, en este mismo Hospital, visitó el Laboratorio de Biología Molecular que procesa pruebas moleculares para el diagnóstico de Covid-19, con la obtención de resultados en solo 24 horas. En este laboratorio, a la vez, se hacen pruebas moleculares para la detección de hepatitis B o C y diagnóstico de TBC.
Además, acudió al remodelado Servicio de Radiología del citado establecimiento de salud, que dispone de 01 tomógrafo de 128 cortes, con capacidad de realizar 150 tomografías diarias,

In this regard, the Head of EsSalud, highlighted that thanks to the use of information technologies the new Center, distributed in 9 boxes and 7 cabins for consultations and remote orientation, will be interconnected with other similar ones located in other cities, including the National Telemedicine Center (CENATE), considered the largest in the country, located at the EsSalud headquarters in Lima.
Regarding the case of the Almenara Hospital, the official clarified that the investigation began in EsSalud, after receiving the testimony of a relative and it was the Social Security authorities themselves through the Integrity Office, who filed the complaint with the Prosecutor, with the evidence investigated in the framework of the anti-corruption fight of this Institution.

OXYGEN PLANTS AND CRITICAL CARE EXPANSION
