También dicho comunicado reafirmaba la importancia de los tradicionales lazos de amistad y cooperación entre Brasil y Perú, el Gobierno brasileño desea al presidente Castillo éxito en el desempeño de su mandato y expresa su disposición de seguir trabajando por el bienestar de ambos países, en defensa de la libertad y de la democracia y de toda la región, concluía la nota.
La comitiva oficial que acompaña al Vicepresidente del gobierno de la República Federativa del Brasil Hamilton Mourão llegó al Grupo Aéreo N° 8 en un avión oficial en donde fue recibido por la ministra de Desarrollo e Inclusión Social, Silvana Vargas.
