Así lo establece la Resolución Ministerial Nº 790-2021-MTC/01, publicada hoy en el Boletín de Normas Legales del Diario Oficial El Peruano.
Esta es una de las acciones dispuestas por el sector para evitar la propagación de la Covid-19 ante la actual emergencia sanitaria.
La nueva suspensión forma parte de las actividades realizadas en conjunto con las autoridades de salud, referente a las restricciones de las operaciones aéreas, para reducir los riesgos de contagio del coronavirus.
El MTC recuerda a los pasajeros de vuelos internacionales que ingresan al Perú que deben presentar los resultados de una prueba molecular o antígeno negativas de Covid-19.
En el caso de los resultados de las pruebas moleculares, estos deberán haberse emitido hasta 72 horas antes del embarque; y los de las pruebas antígeno, hasta 24 horas antes del vuelo.
Los pasajeros deben usar doble mascarilla durante todo el viaje y completar por Internet la “Declaración jurada electrónica de salud del viajero y Autorización de Geolocalización”, durante las 72 horas previas al viaje.
Los menores de 12 años y quienes hayan padecido Covid-19 en los últimos tres meses están exceptuados de presentar las pruebas molecular o antígeno. A los primeros se les solicitará un certificado médico de buena salud y a los segundos su documento de alta médica.

Passengers must wear a double mask during the entire trip and complete the “Traveler’s Electronic Health Affidavit and Geolocation Authorization” online, during the 72 hours prior to the trip.
Children under 12 years of age and those who have suffered from Covid-19 in the last three months are exempt from presenting molecular or antigen tests. The former will be asked for a medical certificate of good health and the latter for their medical discharge document.
