Iglesia de Jesucristo y su programa de Servicios Humanitarios donan alimentos a parroquia de Recuay en Huaraz.

El día Jueves 19 de Agosto en horas de la tarde, se efectuó la entrega formal de los alimentos en el local de la parroquia San Ildefonso ubicado en el jirón Hércules 150, provincia de Recuay, ciudad de Huaraz, región Ancash por Jhonston Villanueva Martínez, líder local de la Iglesia de Jesucristo en Huaraz al Presbítero Jesús Ramos Cortez, representante de la Parroquia San Ildefonso de Recuay.

Los alimentos se entregaron en 400 bolsas que contenían leche evaporada, harina preparada, avena, conservas de pescado en aceite vegetal, lentejas, azúcar, aceite vegetal, fideos spaguetti y arroz. Cada bolsa con un peso aproximado de 16 kilos.

El párroco Jesús Ramos expreso: “Les pido que hagan extensivo nuestro agradecimiento a la comunidad de La Iglesia de Jesucristo de los Santos de los Últimos Días, por este hermoso gesto, el cual servirá de mucha ayuda a las personas más pobres que tenemos en la Cordillera Negra”.

La donación es parte de la iniciativa de ayuda humanitaria que realiza la Iglesia de Jesucristo en su misión de servicio a las personas vulnerables, especialmente las afectadas por la actual pandemia del coronavirus.

The food was delivered in 400 bags containing evaporated milk, prepared flour, oatmeal, canned fish in vegetable oil, lentils, sugar, vegetable oil, spaghetti noodles and rice. Each bag weighing approximately 16 kilos.

The parish priest Jesús Ramos expressed: “I ask you to extend our gratitude to the community of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, for this beautiful gesture, which will be of great help to the poorest people we have in the Cordillera Negra ”.

The donation is part of the humanitarian aid initiative carried out by the Church of Jesus Christ in its mission of service to vulnerable people, especially those affected by the current coronavirus pandemic.
