Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe El presidente de la Comisión Nacional de Atención al Usuario Judicial, juez supremo Carlos Arias Lazarte, puso en funcionamiento hoy el Módulo de Atención al Usuario (MAU) y la implementación de la Plataforma Virtual “El Servicio de Justicia en tus Manos” en la Corte Superior de Sullana, a fin de centralizar y estandarizar los servicios que brinda el Poder Judicial.

Arias Lazarte destacó que “el usuario de justicia es el centro de todo nuestro trabajo, la razón del servicio de justicia es crear las condiciones para que ello ocurra, por eso hoy implementamos el MAU, ubicado en la sede de la Corte, y la plataforma virtual en la página web”.

Recalcó que el Poder Judicial quiere brindar un oportuno acceso a la justicia de manera sencilla, estandarizada y fácil, sobre todo en la situación de emergencia sanitaria que vivimos todos los peruanos.

Añadió que a través del MAU y la Plataforma Virtual “El Servicio de Justicia en tus Manos”, ubicada en el link https://mau.pj.gob.pe/, la ciudadanía podrá acceder de manera integral a todos los servicios que brinda el Poder Judicial: orientación jurídica, consulta de expedientes, consulta de casilla electrónica, información del archivo central, directorio, entre otros.

PASO ADICIONAL
Añadió que con la implementación de esta herramienta virtual, el Poder Judicial brinda un paso adicional a favor de los justiciables, porque ahora todos los servicios que están disponibles físicamente, estarán al alcance de las manos de cualquier ciudadano, quien no tendrá que acercarse a la sede judicial.

“Basta con tener un celular, el justiciable desde su casa a través de una computadora o el abogado desde su oficina mediante una laptop, podrán acceder a todos los servicios, de esta manera nos adaptamos a la emergencia sanitaria que vive el país”, añadió Arias Lazarte.

Por su parte, el presidente de la Corte Superior de Sullana, Jaime Lora Peralta, sostuvo que con la inauguración de ambos proyectos, el Poder Judicial hace esfuerzos para mejorar el servicio de justicia y, de esta manera, se logra que sea más accesible a la población en general.

Antes de finalizar la ceremonia, Arias Lazarte junto con el titular del Distrito Judicial de Sullana, develó la placa respectiva y realizó un recorrido por los ambientes inaugurados del MAU.

En la actividad, también participaron jueces y juezas del referido distrito judicial, y autoridades de la región.

For his part, the president of the Superior Court of Sullana, Jaime Lora Peralta, maintained that with the inauguration of both projects, the Judicial Power makes efforts to improve the justice service and, in this way, it is made more accessible to the general population.

Before ending the ceremony, Arias Lazarte, together with the head of the Sullana Judicial District, unveiled the respective plaque and took a tour of the inaugurated rooms of the MAU.
