Desde Tacna presidenta del poder judicial propone proyecto para unificar en un solo procedimiento los procesos por alimentos.

“Elaboramos un proyecto para presentarlo al Congreso y unificar en un solo procedimiento (expediente) los procesos de familia, el civil y el penal; no podemos tener procesos por alimentos que no se resuelvan de manera célere”, enfatizó.

La magistrada explicó que, actualmente, el alimentista (demandante) primero debe presentar su demanda por alimentos en el ámbito civil, y luego si el demandado no cumple con pagar el monto, debe iniciar otro proceso penal por omisión a la asistencia familiar.

“Después pasa el tiempo y prescribe (la demanda) y eso es una tragedia para un alimentista”, refirió.

Barrios Alvarado realizó este anuncio durante la reunión que sostuvo con las autoridades de Tacna, en su segundo día de trabajo en esta región.

Indicó que a través de la Comisión de Acceso a la Justicia se han implementado los formatos de demanda de alimentos, que se pueden descargar de la página web del Poder Judicial para facilitar a quien reclama alimentos.

“El formato es sencillo y no requiere de firma de abogado o un mayor costo”, precisó la autoridad judicial.

SERVICIOS A FAVOR DE CIUDADANÍA Durante la reunión, la presidenta del Poder Judicial, quien estuvo acompañada del titular de la Corte de Tacna, Pedro Limache, informó que la institución ha iniciado un proceso de transformación digital a través de la implementación y fortalecimiento de diversos sistemas como el Expediente Judicial Electrónico, el Remate Judicial Electrónico y de la Oralidad Civil.

También con los aplicativos “Módulo de Sentido de Decisiones Judiciales”, “El Juez te Escucha”, “Casilleros Digitales de Jueces y Juezas”; el programa “Tucuy Ricuy” (programa que empieza a funcionar a partir del 1 de noviembre), y el “Botón de Pánico”.

Asimismo, solicitó a las autoridades presentes aunar esfuerzos para habilitar una Cámara Gesell itinerante, un bus adecuado para que se traslade a cada

ciudad de Tacna, y así la víctima no tenga que movilizarse a otra provincia para pasar una entrevista y probar su afectación”.

Tras la reunión, Barrios Alvarado recorrió los diversos ambientes de los despachos judiciales y administrativos en la Corte y entregó un automóvil al titular del distrito judicial para que los operadores de justicia se trasladen a zonas alejadas de la región.

Por último, inspeccionó el Archivo Central de la Corte de Tacna para conocer su estado y luego realizar acciones de mejora, como la adquisición de un escáner, para la digitalización de los expedientes.

SIN AMENAZAS En diálogo con la prensa, Barrios Alvarado en tono enérgico rechazó la amenaza que sufrió, durante una audiencia virtual, un juez de la Corte de la Selva Central por parte de un investigado.

“No podemos permitir que en este país cualquier persona amenace a un funcionario en el ejercicio de sus funciones, no vamos aceptar la amenaza ni la intimidación”, subrayó.

Al respecto precisó que ya ha realizado las coordinaciones para otorgar garantías al referido juez, y que la Procuraduría del Poder Judicial también está accionando en este caso, sin perjuicio que el Ministerio Público tome las acciones que correspondan.
