Ante el Congreso de la República el gobierno ha presentado la política general que ha recibido la confianza, lo que agradezco con espíritu de consenso, en los próximos días cada sector del gobierno presentará el detalle calendarizado de sus prioridades, en donde se podrá apreciar los ejes que guiarán mi actuación, con ello se confirmará que tenemos un rumbo definido en beneficio del país.

Desde el primer día hemos estado trabajando por todos ustedes, es por ello que debo informar lo siguiente: tal como lo anunciamos nuestra prioridad es reactivar la economía nacional.

En tal sentido el 13 de setiembre se iniciará la entrega del bono de apoyo familiar Yanapay Perú, cuyo monto asciende a S/. 350.00 soles por persona adulta con el cual se beneficiará a más de trece millones de peruanos, esta medida implica una inyección de 5 mil millones de soles a la economía nacional, con la que esperamos crear alrededor de 40 mil puestos de trabajo directos e indirectos.

Esta pandemia la familia peruana ha sufrido el impacto de los cambios económicos globales que han repercutido en el precio de gas y otros productos, por ello hoy suscribo el Decreto Supremo que incorpora el GLP al Fondo de Estabilización de Precios de Combustibles, para disminuir los precios.

Así mismo con el propósito de generar empleo temporal a nivel nacional en esta primera etapa suscribo el Decreto Supremo autorizando la transferencia de 299 millones de soles de los 700 millones que se tiene programado para iniciar la creación de 260 mil empleos a lo largo y ancho del país.

Esta semana se iniciará un paquete de inversión pública para reactivar proyectos en proceso de ejecución de hasta por mil millones de soles de los cuales esperamos ejecutar 400 millones hasta diciembre del presente año, en claro compromiso con la reactivación económica que espera la familia peruana.

Para incentivar las inversiones daremos un impulso decidido a la aceleración de los 52 proyectos de inversión equivalente a 114 mil millones de soles, así cómo ha otros proyectos en materia de salud y educación principalmente a fin de cerrar las brechas de servicios para la población que más lo necesita.

En materia social el gobierno es consciente que sin vacunación no habrá reactivación económica plena, por ello estamos adelantando la llegada de vacunas contra la Covid-19 y estamos logrando el incremento del número de dosis de los laboratorios Pfizer y Sinopharm, solo en agosto se han aplicado más de cinco millones de dosis llegando a once millones de primeras dosis aplicadas, respecto a la segunda dosis se ha aplicado más de ocho millones de dosis, es decir podemos decirle al país que a la fecha se han aplicado más de 19 millones de vacunas.

Hemos avanzado con vacunar al grupo etario de 30 años y en algunas regiones a mayores de 18 años de edad, para setiembre tenemos programado el arribo de más de doce millones de dosis con esto esperamos cumplir la meta de vacunar con dos dosis al 50% de la población objetivo aproximadamente.

Para implementación del plan de tercera ola he dispuesto asignar, 2,890 millones adicionales para el período de setiembre a diciembre para intervenciones transversales y específicas.

Así mismo hemos logrado implementar 23 plantas de oxígeno adicionales en los establecimientos de salud, alcanzando un total de 336 plantas de oxígeno medicinal .

Anuncio que producto de las negociaciones entre el gobierno peruano y el gobierno ruso, se han coordinado la instalación de una planta de producción de la vacuna Sputnik en el país, el ministro de salud dará mayores detalles sobre estos trabajos.
