Seguidamente expresó “en menos de ocho días este tramo de la bicapa de Guineamayo – La Palma debe reiniciarse. Ha habido muchas trabas y, por eso, tenemos que inmediatamente asumirla”, destacó el mandatario al mismo tiempo que ordenó al ministro de Transportes y Comunicaciones, Juan Silva, ejecutar esta obra que está dividida en tres tramos con una inversión superior a 50 millones de soles.

De otro lado, durante su discurso ante decenas de pobladores del distrito de Anguía, el jefe de Estado reveló que solicitó el apoyo del doctor Modesto Montoya para que encamine el trabajo de la investigación y la gesta de la producción de la vacuna propia en el país, porque, según dijo, no podemos seguir postergando ni mendigando vacunas.

Del mismo modo reafirmó que con su gestión de gobierno se realizará la verdadera descentralización del país y, al respecto, manifestó que espera que la población esté organizada, para que también vigilen los presupuestos que se destinan a los gobiernos regionales y a los alcaldes provinciales y distritales del país, de modo que estos recursos lleguen a los rincones más lejanos del país con transparencia.
