Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe Por tercer día consecutivo el presidente del Consejo de Ministros, Guido Bellido, visitó el distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho, donde esta mañana supervisó el inicio del restablecimiento del servicio de agua potable que, según informó Sedapal, se realizará de manera gradual al haberse culminado los trabajos técnicos para ello.

Durante su visita de trabajo el titular de la PCM arribó al surtidor de agua en Zárate, donde inspeccionó el abastecimiento mediante cisternas a los vecinos en diversos puntos del distrito, y luego visitó el colector Canto Grande, donde se realizan obras de rehabilitación de tuberías.

El premier indicó que ha supervisado la conclusión de los trabajos que se tenían que realizar para posibilitar la reanudación progresiva, a partir de hoy, del servicio de agua potable en el distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho.

Por su parte, el presidente de Sedapal, Francisco Dumler, dijo que la prioridad es la reconexión de las tuberías para restablecer el servicio mientras que los trabajos de reparación definitiva se desarrollarán hasta noviembre. “Se trata de una obra de ingeniería de mucha complejidad y que se viene ejecutando con la finalidad de evitar un colapso similar al ocurrido en enero del 2019”, precisó.

Mientras tanto, Sedapal indicó mediante un comunicado que “los trabajos técnicos ya culminaron y con ello ya se inició el llenado gradual de las tuberías para poder abastecer a toda la población de San Juan de Lurigancho”. Igualmente, precisó que “El abastecimiento se hará de manera gradual a medida que se vayan llenando los reservorios que brindan el servicio a todo el distrito”.

El presidente del Consejo de Ministros realizó la visita de trabajo a San Juan de Lurigancho en compañía del ministro de Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento, Geiner Alvarado; el viceministro de Construcción y Saneamiento, Javier Hernández; el viceministro de Gobernanza Territorial de la PCM, Braulio Grajeda; el presidente de SEDAPAL, Francisco Dumler; y el jefe de INDECI, Gral. De Brigada Carlos Yáñez.
