Según resolución suprema N° 104-2021-PCM con fecha del 16 de setiembre de 2021 en la edición especial del Diario Oficial El Peruano.
Señala, que, mediante Resolución Legislativa N° 31351, publicada en el Diario Oficial El Peruano el 11 de setiembre de 2021, se autoriza al señor Presidente de la República a salir del territorio nacional del 17 al 22 de setiembre de 2021, con el objeto de realizar una gira a organismos multilaterales en los Estados Unidos Mexicanos y en los Estados Unidos de América;
Que, en consecuencia, es necesario encargar las funciones del Despacho de la Presidencia de la República a la señora Dina Ercilia Boluarte Zegarra, Primera Vicepresidenta de la República, en tanto dure la ausencia del señor Presidente de la República;
Que, asimismo, resulta necesario encargar la Cartera de Desarrollo e Inclusión Social, a partir del 17 de setiembre de 2021, y mientras dure el impedimento de la titular;
De conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 115 y 127 de la Constitución Política del Perú, se resuelve:
Artículo 1.- Encargar el Despacho de la Presidencia de la República, a la señora Dina Ercilia Boluarte Zegarra, Primera Vicepresidenta de la República, a partir del 17 de setiembre de 2021 y en tanto dure la ausencia del señor Presidente de la República.
Artículo 2.- Encargar la Cartera de Desarrollo e Inclusión Social a la señora Anahí Durand Guevara, Ministra de la Mujer y Poblaciones Vulnerables, a partir del 17 de setiembre de 2021 y en tanto dure el impedimento de la titular.
Artículo 3.- La presente Resolución Suprema es refrendada por el Presidente del Consejo de Ministros.
