En la reunión, realizada en el Salón de Juramentos del Palacio de Justicia, también trataron sobre el despliegue de los proyectos Botón de Pánico en la Policía Nacional y Serenazgo, así como el Sistema de Interoperabilidad entre las Comisarías de Familia y los juzgados del Poder Judicial.

Respecto a la creación del Sistema Digital de Requisitorias, el gerente de Informática del Poder Judicial, Guillermo Pérez, explicó que este proyecto tiene como objetivo el ahorro de tiempo y papel (ecoeficiencia), así como la celeridad en la información y transparencia.

La requisitoria, cabe indicar, es un requerimiento expedido por la autoridad judicial, por el cual dispone que la Policía localice y ponga a su disposición a una persona sometida a un proceso penal.

“Este proyecto tiene dos fases: una es la digitalización interna del proceso, es decir, el juez ya no remitiría la requisitoria de forma física, en papel, sino de un modo digital; nosotros estamos en la primera fase que es el desarrollo del proceso interno que va a tomar dos meses”, explicó Guillermo Pérez.

En esa misma línea, la presidenta del Poder Judicial, Elvia Barrios, precisó que efectivamente este programa permite el ahorro de tiempo y papel, pero también fomenta la transparencia entre ambas instituciones.

SALIDA DE MENORES
Respecto al Sistema Digital de Salida de Menores, el gerente de Servicios Judiciales y Recaudación del Poder Judicial, Alder Horna, explicó que se busca que el Poder Judicial cuente con un registro con la firma digital del juez y la persona que pretende sacar al menor de edad para que Migraciones pueda verificar, en línea, la autorización.

Por último, Barrios Alvarado expresó su confianza en que estas reuniones con la Policía Nacional mejore los servicios judiciales.

“Hemos conversado con el director general de la Policía Nacional para fortalecer el trabajo de articulación entre ambas instituciones relativo a los programas como el Botón de Pánico y la Interoperabilidad, pero también con estos dos nuevos programas”, precisó.

En la reunión, participaron el comandante general de la Policía Nacional, Javier Santos Gallardo Mendoza; el director general de la Dirección de Seguridad Ciudadana, general Aldo Muñoz Ygal; el jefe de Requisitorias de Lima, coronel Carlos Díaz Quepuy; y el director de la Dirección de Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicaciones, coronel Raúl Silva Olivera.

“This project has two phases: one is the internal digitization of the process, that is, the judge would no longer send the requisition physically, on paper, but digitally; We are in the first phase, which is the development of the internal process that will take two months, ”explained Guillermo Pérez.

Along the same lines, the president of the Judiciary, Elvia Barrios, specified that this program effectively saves time and paper, but also encourages transparency between both institutions.

DEPARTURE OF MINORS
Regarding the Digital System for the Exit of Minors, the manager of Judicial Services and Collection of the Judicial Power, Alder Horna, explained that it is intended that the Judicial Power has a record with the digital signature of the judge and the person who intends to remove the minor from Age for Migrations to verify the authorization online.

Finally, Barrios Alvarado expressed his confidence that these meetings with the National Police will improve judicial services.

“We have spoken with the director general of the National Police to strengthen the work of articulation between both institutions regarding programs such as the Panic Button and Interoperability, but also with these two new programs,” he said.
