Fernando García Carrión, presidente de la Misión Perú Cusco, de la iglesia de Jesucristo fue el encargado de hacer la entrega formal de los instrumentos informáticos, dando a conocer que este donativo lo realizan con el fin de contribuir a la educación de los niños, niñas y adolescentes de las instituciones educativas a donde serán destinados.
Por su parte la directora de Educación de Apurímac, Magister Lourdes del Carmen Vigil Mamani, resaltó este desprendimiento porque es una muestra que la educación puede mejorar con el apoyo de otros sectores u organizaciones, ya sean públicos o privados, como este caso donde la Iglesia de Jesucristo hace un importante aporte que sirve para acortar las brechas digitales existentes.
La titular de educación, acotó que los equipos donados serán instalados en instituciones educativas focalizadas de acuerdo a las condiciones de conectividad con las que cuenten, priorizando a aquellas que todavía no tienen estos servicios.
El Subgerente de Promoción Social del Gobierno Regional de Apurímac, Roberto Ayquipa Gonzales, a nombre del gobernador regional, agradeció por este gesto que contribuirá en la educación de los niños de acuerdo a los avances de las tecnologías de información y comunicación.
La ceremonia contó con la concurrencia de funcionarios, especialistas y servidores de la institución tutelar de la educación en Apurímac.
