Del 1 de octubre hasta el 31 de diciembre se impulsa el Plan de descarga y liquidación del Código Procesal Penal – II Etapa 2021.

Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe A fin de descongestionar la carga procesal penal y optimizar el tiempo de realización de audiencias, la Presidenta del Poder Judicial, Elvia Barrios Alvarado, impulsa el Plan de descarga y liquidación en órganos jurisdiccionales penales del Código Procesal Penal – Segunda Etapa 2021.

La vigencia del plan de descarga será de tres meses, del 1 de octubre hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2021, en concordancia con el Decreto de Urgencia N° 083-2021.

Asimismo, todas las actividades de plan de descarga tanto en el módulo penal, archivo central y Corte Suprema se van a estandarizar, siguiendo los lineamientos y metodología desarrollados por la Unidad de Equipo Técnico Institucional del Código Procesal Penal-UETI-CPP, a cargo también de la doctora Barrios Alvarado.

Para ese fin, la titular del Poder Judicial presidió hoy una reunión de trabajo referido al Plan de descarga y liquidación en órganos jurisdiccionales penales en la que participaron presidentes de las cortes superiores de justicia del país, así como funcionarios de UETI–CPP.

El Gestor Administrativo de la UETI–NCPP, Edmand Rodríguez Vásquez, expuso sobre el Análisis de cumplimiento de los indicadores de medición del programa presupuestal 0086-Mejora de los servicios del sistema de justicia penal.

Sostuvo el funcionario que los planes de descarga y Liquidación y Proyectos de fortalecimiento de parque informático, desarrollados desde el año 2016, a la fecha, han coadyuvado en la liquidación de los procesos bajo los alcances del código de 1940, teniéndose a la fecha 25 cortes superiores liquidadas.

Refirió, en ese sentido, que sin plan de liquidación y descarga solo se tendría 15 cortes de justicia liquidadas.

De ese modo, las cortes superiores pendientes de liquidar bajo el Código de Procedimientos Penales de 1940 son: Lima, Lima Sur, Lima Este, Lima Norte, Callao, CSNJPE, Junín, Ayacucho, Selva Central y Loreto.

También intervino el representante de la Secretaria Técnica de la UETI– NCPP, Rafael Oré Díaz, quien abordó el Diseño estructural para la descarga en el nuevo código procesal y sistema de medición de monitoreo y control.

En tanto que el responsable del Componente de Monitoreo y Evaluación de la UETI – NCPP, Ing. Juan Gonzales Camacho, estuvo a cargo de la presentación del novedoso aplicativo de monitoreo y control para conocer los avances y la productividad de cada corte en la descarga procesal penal.

To that end, the head of the Judiciary chaired today a working meeting regarding the discharge and liquidation plan in criminal jurisdictional bodies, in which presidents of the country’s superior courts of justice participated, as well as officials from UETI-CPP.
