Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe Mañana jueves 30 de septiembre empieza la Expoalimentaria Virtual 2021, en la que compradores internacionales identificarán proveedores confiables de alimentos frescos de alta calidad como mandarinas, legumbres, uvas, mangos, paltas, espárragos, jengibre, pimientos, arándanos; procesados y otros superfoods, muy valorados en esta coyuntura del Covid-19.

El certamen es organizado por la Asociación de Exportadores (ADEX) con el apoyo del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores (RR.EE.), Ministerio de Comercio Exterior y Turismo (Mincetur), Ministerio de Desarrollo Agrario y Riego (Midagri) y la Comisión de Promoción del Perú para la Exportación y el Turismo (PromPerú), y se realizará hasta el 8 de octubre próximo en la plataforma B2Perú.

En el 2020 Perú fue el primer exportador mundial de arándanos, quinua y espárragos frescos, el segundo de uvas y espárragos en conserva y el tercero de palta, jengibre, alcachofas en conserva, páprika seca y aceitunas en conserva, sin embargo, se pueden sumar otros productos; y los presentes en el ranking pueden mejorar su posición.

Y es que la EA Virtual 2021 será el principal punto de encuentro entre compradores internacionales y más de 200 empresarios peruanos y extranjeros, quienes tendrán la oportunidad de cristalizar negocios.

Otros productos que también son solicitados son el cacao, café, nuez amazónica, quinua y pisco. Asimismo, se exhibirán maquinarias, equipos y tecnologías, envases y embalajes, y se dará a conocer una serie de servicios al comercio exterior.

Los expositores provienen de Cusco, Piura, Ayacucho, Arequipa, Huancayo, Madre de Dios, Ucayali, Lima, Cajamarca, Puno y otras regiones; y de países como Argentina, Brasil, Chile, EE.UU., Canadá, Puerto Rico, China e Indonesia. Asimismo, delegaciones de empresas lideradas por PromPerú, Midagri y Devida.

La Expoalimentaria Virtual 2021 contará con varios salones especializados en productos naturales, frutas y hortalizas, agroindustrial, menestras, capsicum, y café y cacao.

Los participantes también accederán a una serie de conferencias magistrales, algunas son: ‘Alérgenos en la industria alimentaria’, ‘Factoring: Liquidez rápida para expandir tu negocio’, ‘Portal a la sostenibilidad: Herramientas claves para el comercio sostenible (Standard map and sustainability map)’, ‘Marketing digital en el sector agrario’, ‘Modernas tecnologías de producción de chocolate y cacao’ y ‘Nuevo programa de certificación Rainforest Alliance 2020’.
