Sostuvo que si bien la pandemia de la covid-19 menguó la labor edil para la ejecución de escuelas, carreteras y hospitales, estas tareas se pueden desarrollar si se trabaja en unidad.

“Estamos para sacar adelante al país, no tenemos tiempo para cosas que nos puedan distraer, lo primero es trabajar con los alcaldes”, indicó tras señalar la necesidad de priorizar proyectos de agua potable, saneamiento, salud y educación.

En otro momento se refirió al sistema de vacunación en las fronteras del país. “Es momento de garantizar las vacunas en las fronteras para abrirlas y que los pueblos de frontera sean los primeros convocados para ser foco de desarrollo y progreso”, añadió.

Además, el mandatario ratificó que el Gobierno desplegará sus máximos esfuerzos de diálogo sobre los contratos con empresas, priorizando las grandes necesidades del país.

SEGUNDA REFORMA AGRARIA
El jefe del Estado descartó que la segunda reforma agraria implique quitar terrenos para darle al que no lo tiene. “Es falso, no se ha pensado eso, no se va a hacer, sería un absurdo, lo descartamos”, enfatizó.

En ese orden de ideas el jefe de Estado anunció que este domingo 3 de octubre en el Cusco participará del lanzamiento de la segunda reforma agraria.

El presidente de la República Pedro Castillo Terrones destacó que la segunda reforma agraria promoverá la conectividad y tecnología para una mejor comercialización de los alimentos que producen los agricultores.

El objetivo, explicó el jefe del Estado, es acercar a los agricultores con vías de acceso hacia sus chacras y centros poblados, y así transportar su producción.

Además, subrayó, que se convocará a ingenieros agrónomos con quienes se formará una red que impulsará, por ejemplo, el trabajo con las semillas, cultivos y cosecha de agua, que contará con el asesoramiento tecnológico y técnico.

El mandatario sostuvo que la segunda reforma, implicará estar del lado de los campesinos que garantizan la alimentación de las familias, los niños y los comedores populares, y que sientan que a su lado hay un gobierno que se preocupa por ellos, remarcó.Gabinetes Binacionales.

Por otro lado, el mandatario Pedro Castillo Terrones mostró su preocupación por los problemas fronterizos; y adelantó que próximamente se realizarán gabinetes binacionales con Bolivia, Chile, Brasil, Colombia y Ecuador.

“Es momento de garantizar las vacunas en las fronteras y que los pueblos fronterizos sean los primeros convocados para vacunarse; debemos apostar a ser foco de desarrollo y progreso”, puntualizó.

El jefe del Estado brindó estas declaraciones durante su viaje de trabajo a la región Moquegua, donde asistió al II Congreso Macro Regional de Alcaldes del Bicentenario y supervisó las obras de rehabilitación del terminal portuario de Ilo.
