Como producto de este encuentro, las partes acordaron establecer mecanismos o relaciones comerciales para incorporar a las comunidades campesinas del Corredor Vial Sur de la provincia cusqueña de Chumbivilcas en la cadena de valor de la empresa.
Esta acción se realizaría a través de empresas comunales, según las condiciones, necesidades y requerimientos de la minera Las Bambas. Se detalló que estos requerimientos estarán referidos a los servicios de transporte de concentrado, transporte interno de personas, mantenimiento vial, cisternas para el regado de vía, línea amarilla, entre otros servicios.
El jefe del gabinete ministerial, Guido Bellido, enfatizó la importancia del diálogo para arribar a soluciones que beneficien tanto a las comunidades campesinas, a la provincia y al departamento de Cusco, así como a la empresa y a todo el país. Además, expresó la plena voluntad del Gobierno para atender a las demandas de la ciudadanía. Dijo que toda solución será progresiva y que se apunta a una atención integral, abordando también temas de salud y educación.
A su turno, Carlos Castro, en representación de Las Bambas destacó el espíritu dialogante de la población y resaltó el hecho de que coincidan en que la inversión minera es un camino en la lucha contra la pobreza. Asimismo, Wilber Fuentes, secretario general del Frente Único de Defensa de los Intereses de la provincia de Chumbivilcas manifestó la apuesta de las comunidades por este proceso de diálogo.
RETOMAR EL DIÁLOGO
Del mismo modo, de acuerdo con el acta de la reunión, se acordó retomar el proceso de diálogo llevado a cabo en el marco de las acciones del grupo de trabajo de naturaleza temporal para proponer acciones que permitan atender las principales demandas de las comunidades campesinas de Chumbivilcas, del departamento de Cusco, instancia creada por Resolución de Secretaría de Gestión Social y Diálogo N.° 0011-2021-PCM/SGSD.
En ese sentido, las conversaciones continuarán de acuerdo a un cronograma establecido. El día 13 de octubre se llevará a cabo la reunión de trabajo del subgrupo 1, que verá los temas de revisión y análisis de la Resolución Ministerial N.° 372-2018-MTC/01.02. El encuentro será facilitado por el Ministerio de Transportes y Comunicaciones. En la misma fecha, el Ministerio del Ambiente articulará la reunión del subgrupo 2, para evaluar y analizar las afectaciones ambientales.
En tanto, el día 14 de octubre se reunirán los subgrupos 3 y 4, que verán los temas de evaluación de los proveedores de bienes y servicios y el servicio de defensa pública, articuladas por los ministerios de Energía y Minas y Justicia y Derechos Humanos, respectivamente.
Participaron en esta cita el ministro de Energía y Minas, Iván Merino, el ministro del Ambiente, Rubén Ramírez, así como funcionarios de la PCM, y de las carteras de Transportes y Comunicaciones, Justicia y Derechos Humanos, los representantes del Frente Único de Defensa de los Intereses de la provincia de Chumbivilca y de las comunidades campesinas de Cruzpampa, Cancahuani, Huininquiri, Tincurca Laccaya, Tuntuma, entre otras.
