Este concurso de carácter nacional tiene como objetivo reconocer la labor y el compromiso de juezas y jueces con la lucha frente a la violencia de género en nuestro país, y en él pueden participar magistrados/as y organizaciones de la sociedad civil en general.
La participación se materializa mediante la presentación de la resolución por parte del participante.
En esa línea, se deben considerar los siguientes requisitos: llenar y enviar la ficha de inscripción hasta el 12 de noviembre en formato PDF al correo electrónico concursocjg@pj.gob.pe.
Se considerarán las resoluciones y/o sentencias emitidas desde el 1 de setiembre de 2019 hasta el 12 de noviembre de 2021; solo se admitirá una resolución por participante.
El jurado calificador está conformado por tres personalidades distinguidas del ámbito académico y jurídico: la presidenta del Comité para la Eliminación de la Discriminación contra la Mujer de la CEDAW, Gladys Acosta Vargas; la directora ejecutiva de la Fundación para el Debido Proceso, Katya Salazar; y la jueza suprema y presidenta de la Comisión de Justicia del Poder Judicial, Elvira Álvarez Olazábal.
Este concurso premiará los tres primeros lugares ocupados por juezas o jueces que hayan emitido las sentencias en el periodo establecido. Asimismo, para la persona o institución que presente la sentencia ganadora, habrá una mención honrosa.
