En una ceremonia realizada en el Salón Dorado de Palacio de Gobierno, el mandatario tomó juramento como nueva Presidenta del Consejo de Ministros, a Mirtha Vásquez, ex congresista (periodo 2020 – 2021) y abogada de profesión, comprometida con organizaciones de defensa de derechos humanos como Aprodeh y la Coordinadora Nacional de DDHH.
Entre los nuevos ministros convocados por el jefe de Estado Castillo está Andrea Gisela Ortiz quien juró como nueva ministra de Cultura. Ella es licenciada en Administración de Empresas por la Universidad Nacional de Educación Enrique Guzmán y Valle, y reemplaza en el cargo a Ciro Gálvez, quien ocupó la cartera en el anterior gabinete.
La titular del sector Cultura cuenta con diplomados en Gestión Municipal por la Universidad César Vallejo; Gestión de Pequeñas Empresas en ESAN; y Responsabilidad Empresarial con la Universidad del Pacífico. Por otro lado, la congresista Betssy Betzabeth Chávez Chino, miembro de la bancada de Perú Libre, juró como ministra de Estado, en la cartera de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo.
“Por Dios, por la Patria, por la gobernabilidad y la más amplia unidad, sí juro”, señaló la flamante ministra Chávez. La titular del Mintra estudió Derecho en la Universidad Nacional Jorge Basadre Grohmann de Tacna. Fue dirigente estudiantil y ocupó cargos en centros federados, además realizó una maestría con mención en Derecho Constitucional en la Universidad José Carlos Mariátegui.
