Fue durante una reunión sostenida esta tarde con la presidenta del Legislativo, María del Carmen Alva, y los miembros de la Mesa Directiva, los congresistas Enrique Wong, Lady Camones y Patricia Chirinos; primer, segunda y tercera vicepresidenta respectivamente.

“Estamos presentando un proyecto de ley que buscaría regular estos aspectos de manera integral. Es una propuesta que se recoge del Acuerdo Nacional”, precisó Vásquez Chuquilín.

Agregó que la referida propuesta del Ejecutivo plantea que ambos temas, la cuestión de confianza y la vacancia presidencial, puedan tratarse de manera conjunta y no de manera independiente, a fin de no generar un desequilibrio de poderes que pondría en riesgo el Estado de Derecho.

“Hacemos un llamado a los señores congresistas para evaluar esta propuesta, porque creo que podemos llegar a solucionar estos problemas de manera permanente, pensando en la gobernabilidad del país”, apuntó.

Agregó que, si bien la Mesa Directiva le comunicó que irán por la insistencia de la ley de interpretación de la cuestión de confianza, que se tratará en el pleno de mañana; espera que también se pueda analizar el proyecto del Ejecutivo.

“Nuestro planteamiento es que el Congreso revise tanto la ley de interpretación que quieren aprobar por insistencia junto con nuestro proyecto, de manera conjunta; por supuesto, eso depende del Pleno del Congreso y de lo que puedan decidir mañana”, explicó.

Cabe señalar que el proyecto de Ley que propone el Ejecutivo será presentado formalmente al Congreso de la República, mañana martes 19 a primera hora.

De otro lado, mencionó que producto de este encuentro, se plantearon dos posibles fechas para la presentación del gabinete ministerial ante el Congreso, lo que podría ocurrir el 25 de octubre o el 3 de noviembre, de acuerdo a las agendas del Poder Ejecutivo y el Legislativo.

La jefa del Gabinete Ministerial destacó, asimismo, que esta semana llevará a cabo una ronda de conversaciones con todas las bancadas, para escuchar sus planteamientos. “Estamos en la mejor disposición de encontrar canales de diálogo pues existen objetivos comunes por el bienestar del país”, destacó.

He added that, although the Board of Directors informed him that they will go by the insistence of the law of interpretation of the question of trust, which will be dealt with in the plenary session tomorrow; He hopes that the Executive’s project can also be analyzed.

“Our proposal is that Congress revises both the interpretation law that they want to pass on insistence together with our bill, jointly; of course, that depends on the Plenary of Congress and what they can decide tomorrow, “he explained.

It should be noted that the bill proposed by the Executive will be formally presented to the Congress of the Republic, early tomorrow morning, Tuesday 19.

On the other hand, he mentioned that as a result of this meeting, two possible dates were proposed for the presentation of the ministerial cabinet to Congress, which could occur on October 25 or November 3, according to the agendas of the Executive Branch and the Legislative.

The head of the Ministerial Cabinet also stressed that this week she will hold a round of talks with all the banks, to listen to their proposals. “We are in the best position to find channels of dialogue because there are common objectives for the welfare of the country,” he said.
