“El Consejo de Ministros hoy acordó que el Gobierno planteará una demanda de inconstitucionalidad ante el Tribunal Constitucional para velar, no solamente por el equilibrio de poderes, sino por la conservación del Estado de derecho”, señaló.

Así lo anunció, durante la conferencia de prensa desarrollada luego de la sesión del Consejo de Ministros, en la que también participaron los ministros de Justicia, Aníbal Torres; Economía y Finanzas, Pedro Francke; Salud, Hernando Cevallos; y Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo, Betssy Chávez.

Asimismo, además de expresar su preocupación por la aprobación de esta ley, recordó que el Gobierno presentó una propuesta alternativa, producto del Acuerdo Nacional, que se estaba socializando durante las reuniones planteadas con las bancadas parlamentarias.

“Queremos desde el Gobierno reafirmar nuestro compromiso de diálogo y de concertación con el Poder Legislativo. No vamos a bajar los brazos en nuestro intento por llegar a un relacionamiento adecuado, respetuoso, en el marco democrático y del equilibrio de poderes”, enfatizó.

Por su parte, el ministro Aníbal Torres indicó que la cuestión de confianza está íntimamente vinculada con la vacancia presidencial, que le compete al Congreso.

“No se pueden tratar estas instituciones por separado, porque se produciría un enorme desequilibrio entre el Ejecutivo y el Legislativo. Por eso el Ejecutivo ha presentado un proyecto de reforma constitucional limitando ambas instituciones. Según este proyecto, la vacancia presidencial procedería únicamente por incapacidad mental o física del presidente, debidamente comprobada por una junta de médicos; es decir, por una cuestión objetiva”, apuntó.

RONDAS DE DIÁLOGO CON BANCADAS
En otro momento, Mirtha Vásquez se refirió a las rondas de diálogo que se vienen llevando a cabo con las diferentes bancadas y grupos políticos del Congreso. Saludó la gran disposición de los diferentes grupos parlamentarios por acudir al diálogo.

“Hemos tenido reuniones respetuosas y constructivas con las bancadas de Alianza para el Progreso, Somos Perú, Juntos por el Perú, Fuerza Popular y con un sector de congresistas de Perú Libre. Todas estas reuniones las valoramos porque han sido muy positivas en torno a una serie de intercambios que creo servirán también para implementar y mejorar nuestras políticas que queremos asumir en este periodo”, dijo.

ANUNCIOS EN ECONOMÍA, SALUD Y TRABAJO
A su turno, el ministro Pedro Francke anunció que se presentará un proyecto de pedido de delegación de facultades al Congreso de la República. “Hemos establecido las líneas matrices de esta política, que incluyen el combate a la evasión y elusión tributaria, ajustar tasas del impuesto a la minería, revisar algunas exoneraciones tributarias, entre otros”, sostuvo.

Asimismo, Francke anunció el inicio del registro de las personas con 10 y 15 años de aportes al sistema de pensiones, para que puedan recibir su pensión. Apuntó que esta medida beneficiará, aproximadamente, a 48 mil personas.

Por su parte, el ministro Hernando Cevallos, señaló que se mantiene un nivel de control importante respecto al Covid 19, destacando la considerable reducción de la mortalidad a causa de la enfermedad.

MÁS DEL 50% DE LA POBLACIÓN VACUNADA CON DOS DOSIS
“Seguimos trabajando con la estrategia “Vamos a tu encuentro”, que significa desplegar todas las brigadas a lo largo y ancho del país, casa por casa”, aseveró. Indicó que el país tiene ya al 50.9% de la población objetivo vacunada; es decir, 14 millones 264 mil 331 personas cuentan con ambas dosis.

Finalmente, la ministra de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo, Betssy Chávez, informó que su sector ha continuado reuniéndose con las centrales sindicales del país, entre estas, la Confiep y la Sociedad Nacional de Industrias, con el objetivo de que la próxima semana se reactive el Consejo Nacional de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo y los “Jueves de Diálogo”, para conversar con trabajadores y empleadores.

Anunció también que se ha planteado una reforma integral del programa Trabajo Perú, así como la creación de un grupo de trabajo multisectorial para tratar la problemática del desempleo que afecta particularmente a las mujeres.
