“Hoy ha ido a ratificarse este Gobierno, a través de su Gabinete, en la recuperación del gas de Camisea para los peruanos, en impulsar la segunda reforma agraria, en arrancar un verdadero presupuesto para darle a los alcaldes y para que dejen de estar sufriendo estas familias por agua, desagüe, medicinas, para luchar contra la delincuencia”, aseveró.
En ese marco, el presidente Castillo anunció que mañana se reunirá con los ministros del Interior, Luis Barranzuela; de Justicia, Aníbal Torres; y Defensa, Walter Ayala, para encaminar la lucha frontal contra la delincuencia. Comprometió en este esfuerzo la participación de las rondas campesinas, las organizaciones de base y las juntas vecinales, en conjunto con la Policía Nacional del Perú.
El jefe de Estado recordó también que, el último fin de semana, suscribió una resolución suprema para la masificación del gas natural a favor de diversas regiones del sur del país. Castillo adelantó que el próximo Consejo de Ministros se realizará en el Cusco, región donde se origina el gas de Camisea. “Debemos salir del encierro y demostrar que se puede trabajar con el pueblo”, afirmó.
Durante un encuentro con autoridades locales, maestros y representantes de organizaciones sociales de la provincia de Jaén, el mandatario sostuvo que hará suyas las demandas planteadas en educación y aseguró que se garantizará un verdadero presupuesto para este sector, así como para la salud. “Vengo a comprometerme con la seguridad de Jaén. Pido a los alcaldes de San Ignacio, Jaén, Amazonas ponerse de acuerdo, las puertas del Despacho Presidencial están abiertas para darle agua a los caseríos, los proyectos que los agricultores impulsan”, afirmó.
Durante esta actividad, el jefe de Estado recibió de manos del alcalde provincial de Jaén, José Delgado Rivera, las llaves de la ciudad.
