Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe El Consejo Ejecutivo del Poder Judicial (CEPJ), que preside la jueza suprema Elvia Barrios Alvarado, dispuso hoy, como medida excepcional, que las labores jurisdiccionales y administrativas se realicen con normalidad el martes 2 de noviembre.
En tal sentido, el órgano de gobierno judicial habilitó la referida fecha para la realización de audiencias, juicios orales y otras actuaciones judiciales programadas para el mencionado día.
La medida está contenida en la Resolución Administrativa N.° 000347-2021-CE-PJ, expedida por el CEPJ en el marco de su autonomía e independencia institucional.
Esta norma precisa también que los jueces, juezas y personal jurisdiccional o administrativo que opten por hacer uso del feriado no laborable deberán presentar su solicitud a la Corte Suprema de la República, Consejo Ejecutivo, Corte Superior de Justicia, Oficina de Control de la Magistratura o Gerencia General, y efectuar la recuperación de las horas dejadas de trabajar a partir del siguiente día hábil.
Asimismo, señala que el artículo 122 del Texto Único Ordenado de la Ley Orgánica del Poder Judicial establece que la actividad jurisdiccional comprende todo el año calendario y no puede ser interrumpida por ningún motivo, salvo las excepciones que señala la ley y los reglamentos.
También dispone que la Oficina de Control de la Magistratura (OCMA) y las Oficinas Desconcentradas de Control de la Magistratura (Odecma) supervisen el cumplimiento de la citada medida.
Cabe indicar, que el Poder Ejecutivo mediante el Decreto Supremo N.° 161-2021-PCM declaró, entre otros, día no laborable el martes 2 de noviembre de 2021.

Likewise, it points out that article 122 of the Single Ordered Text of the Organic Law of the Judicial Power establishes that jurisdictional activity covers the entire calendar year and cannot be interrupted for any reason, except for the exceptions indicated by law and regulations.
It also provides that the Office for the Control of the Magistracy (OCMA) and the Decentralized Offices for the Control of the Magistracy (Odecma) supervise compliance with the aforementioned measure.
It should be noted that the Executive Branch through Supreme Decree No. 161-2021-PCM declared, among others, a non-working day on Tuesday, November 2, 2021.
