Durante su participación en la CADE 2021, sostuvo que el Perú es para todos los peruanos y pidió dejar de lado la confrontación inútil que le hace mucho daño al Perú, e indicó que solo unidos se podrá alcanzar las grandes metas que todos compartimos.

“En el país existe y seguirá existiendo seguridad jurídica y reglas claras. Hago un llamado a los buenos empresarios que, estoy seguro, son la mayoría, a que sigan apostando por el país, que inviertan sin temores y generen empleos con derechos. Y a los malos empresarios, que también los hay, que no se aprovechen de la crisis y de la angustia de nuestros ciudadanos”, aseveró.

El Mandatario refirió que durante sus primeros 100 días de Gobierno ha impulsado acciones para el crecimiento y el desarrollo del país, para reducir las brechas sociales y para generar condiciones de igualdad y bienestar para todos los peruanos.

En ese marco, señaló que el plan de reactivación económica ha permitido una rápida recuperación que a fin de año permitirá tener un crecimiento de alrededor del 13%, superando los pronósticos más optimistas.

“Este año el Perú será no solo una de las economías de mayor crecimiento en la región, sino una de las de mayor reducción del déficit fiscal”, destacó.

Tras precisar que solo entre julio y setiembre del presente año se han recuperado 300 mil puestos de trabajo formales, reiteró que su compromiso es seguir impulsando medidas que contribuyan a recuperar los empleos perdidos y generar nuevos puestos de trabajo para la juventud.

En la rápida recuperación, refirió que ha sido determinante la participación de la inversión privada, que en el tercer trimestre tuvo un crecimiento superior al 13%; mientras que la inversión del Gobierno en general registró una expansión de más de 53 % en ese mismo periodo.

Para el próximo año sostuvo que su Gobierno continuará promoviendo las Alianzas Público Privadas y anunció la adjudicación de hasta nueve proyectos por 2,982 millones de dólares, entre las que destacan la Planta de Tratamiento de Aguas Residuales en Puerto Maldonado, la línea de Transmisión Eléctrica Piura – Nueva Frontera, el Ferrocarril Huancayo-Huancavelica y la Longitudinal de la Sierra Tramo 4, que conecta Huancayo, Ayacucho, Abancay y la ciudad de Pisco.

En cuanto a inversión pública, el presidente Castillo destacó la ejecución de obras como el sistema de agua potable y alcantarillado de la parte alta de Chorrillos, la Línea del Metro de Lima y Callao, el aeropuerto Internacional de Chinchero – Cusco y los hospitales Enrique Bernales, en Comas, y Regional Zacarías Correa de Huancavelica.

El jefe del Estado, asimismo, precisó que el presupuesto de 2022 crecerá en 7,6 % y priorizará la atención de la emergencia sanitaria, la salud, la educación, el fortalecimiento de la competitividad agrícola, el alivio de la pobreza, la protección social, y la promoción del empleo y la productividad.

Dijo además que su Gobierno tomó acciones para la masificación el Gas Natural en las regiones de Cusco, Puno, Apurímac, Arequipa, Moquegua, Tacna, Ayacucho y Ucayali; implementa la Segunda Reforma Agraria y se prepara para el retorno a las clases presenciales en marzo del 2022 al 100%, garantizando la seguridad para docentes, personal administrativo y estudiantes.

Durante su intervención, el Mandatario dijo también que entiende la preocupación respecto a la estabilidad política del país, pero consideró que la gobernabilidad se construye entre todos, no solo de un lado. “Se construye poniendo por delante los intereses del país, sin obstáculos, sin cortapisas, sin infundios y sin romper el equilibrio de poderes”.

“Estos son tiempos que exigen unidad y no división. Cooperación y no enfrentamiento. Solo así podremos alcanzar las grandes metas que todos compartimos. Soy maestro andino, provinciano, asumiendo este mandato, abro los espacios a los empresarios, a la gente comprometida con la patria para seguir adelante. El Perú por delante”, concluyó.
