Padilla en su mensaje de inauguración dijo, “Hay que seguir promoviendo a la micro y pequeña empresa. Mi despacho esta abierto para apoyar y dar el impulso para que los empresarios sigan confiando en el Perú, que es tan generoso. Recordó que la historia nos enseña de hombres que han hecho un impacto tremendo por sus conquistas, que han trascendieron en el tiempo, como Alejandro Magno, César Augusto, Carlo Magno, Pachacútec en Perú, y Napoleón Bonaparte, sólo por poner unos ejemplos.”.
A la vez, el parlamentario menciono que muchos de ellos nunca perdieron una batalla, porque tuvieron unas características que los diferenciaba de todos, como el de soñar en grande, eran estrategas, se entrenaban, tenían espiritualidad y estaban en el campo de batalla.
