Hoy se inaugura 16.° GORE Ejecutivo en Trujillo, participan máximas autoridades del Ejecutivo y los 25 gobernadores regionales

Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe La décimo sexta sesión del GORE Ejecutivo, organizado por la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros, se desarrollará el 2 y 3 de diciembre de 2021 en la ciudad de Trujillo, con la participación de las más altas autoridades del Ejecutivo y los 25 gobernadores regionales del país.

EL GORE Ejecutivo es un espacio técnico-político de diálogo, articulación, coordinación y acción intergubernamental para convenir e implementar políticas e iniciativas en los territorios.

La sesión inaugural contará con la participación del presidente de la Asamblea Nacional de Gobiernos Regionales y gobernador regional de Ayacucho, Carlos Rúa; el gobernador regional de la Libertad y presidente de la Mancomunidad Regional Nor Oriente del Perú, Manuel Llempén; y el Secretario de Descentralización de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros, Jesús Quispe. De manera virtual, participará la presidenta del Consejo de Ministros, Mirtha Vásquez Chuquilín.

El primer día de sesiones estará dedicado a las reuniones técnicas bilaterales entre los gobiernos regionales y funcionarios de los ministerios, a fin de analizar la problemática existente en la región y articular su atención en el corto plazo.

Las reuniones están organizadas en siete salas con técnicos de los sectores del Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas; Ministerio de Transportes y Comunicaciones; Ministerio de Salud; Ministerio de Educación; Ministerio de Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento; Ministerio de Desarrollo Agrario y Riego; Ministerio de Comercio Exterior y Turismo; Ministerio de Energía y Minas; y Ministerio de la Producción.

El segundo día, la sesión plenaria contará con la participación del presidente de la República, Pedro Castillo, la presidenta del Consejo de Ministros, y los ministros de Estado.

Entre los objetivos de esta décimo sexta sesión del GORE Ejecutivo destacan la sesión de demandas regionales en materia sectorial para el cierre de brechas de infraestructura y mejora de los servicios públicos; y el fortalecimiento del proceso de descentralización con enfoque territorial.

Al finalizar las sesiones, se darán a conocer los principales acuerdos y compromisos alcanzados entre los gobernadores regionales y los representantes del gobierno nacional para dar atención a las demandas de las poblaciones y mejorar la calidad de servicios que otorga el Estado a los ciudadanos.

Cabe precisar que la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros, a través de la Secretaría de Descentralización, ha trabajado en las acciones previas con los sectores y con los gobiernos regionales, con el propósito de implementar políticas e iniciativas en los territorios, en el marco de las agendas de desarrollo territorial a nivel regional y las prioridades del gobierno nacional.

Peruvian News Agency PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe The sixteenth session of the Executive GORE, organized by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, will take place on December 2 and 3, 2021 in the city of Trujillo, with the participation of the highest authorities of the Executive and the 25 regional governors of the country.

EL GORE Executive is a technical-political space for dialogue, articulation, coordination and intergovernmental action to agree and implement policies and initiatives in the territories.

The inaugural session will feature the participation of the president of the National Assembly of Regional Governments and regional governor of Ayacucho, Carlos Rúa; the regional governor of La Libertad and president of the Nor Oriente Regional Association of Peru, Manuel Llempén; and the Secretary for Decentralization of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, Jesús Quispe. The president of the Council of Ministers, Mirtha Vásquez Chuquilín, will participate virtually.

The first day of sessions will be dedicated to bilateral technical meetings between regional governments and officials of the ministries, in order to analyze the existing problems in the region and coordinate their attention in the short term.

The meetings are organized in seven rooms with technicians from the sectors of the Ministry of Economy and Finance; Ministry of Transport and Communications; Ministry of Health; Ministry of Education; Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation; Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation; Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism; Ministry of Energy and Mines; and Ministry of Production.

On the second day, the plenary session will include the participation of the President of the Republic, Pedro Castillo, the president of the Council of Ministers, and the ministers of State.

Among the objectives of this sixteenth session of the Executive GORE stand out the session of regional demands in sectorial matters for the closing of infrastructure gaps and improvement of public services; and the strengthening of the decentralization process with a territorial approach.

At the end of the sessions, the main agreements and commitments reached between regional governors and representatives of the national government will be announced to attend to the demands of the populations and improve the quality of services provided by the State to citizens.

It should be noted that the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, through the Decentralization Secretariat, has worked on previous actions with the sectors and with regional governments, with the purpose of implementing policies and initiatives in the territories, within the framework of the territorial development agendas at the regional level and national government priorities.
