Así lo informó la presidenta del Consejo de Ministros, Mirtha Vásquez, tras participar en una auspiciosa reunión con los gobernadores regionales, con quienes tuvo un fructífero intercambio de ideas y propuestas para solucionar problemas de gestión y legitimidad de las autoridades regionales de todo el país, además de la puesta en marcha de mecanismos para mejorar la coordinación de estas con el Gobierno Central.

“Mañana empezaremos el trabajo a partir de las 7:30 am y nos quedaremos hasta lograr que se cumplan la mayor cantidad de objetivos de este GORE Ejecutivo”, aseveró desde la sede de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo.

La presidenta del Consejo de Ministros informó que fueron tres puntos fundamentales que se vieron este jueves: cómo fortalecer la descentralización y los mecanismos de encuentro entre los gobiernos nacionales y los subnacionales, por qué algunos gobiernos regionales no pueden ejecutar mejor sus presupuestos y el fortalecimiento de la legitimidad de los gobiernos regionales.

“Hoy yo tengo que reconocer la voluntad profunda de diálogo que hay por parte de los gobernadores de las regiones que, con mucha preocupación legítima, han planteado las urgencias que se tiene a estos niveles de gobierno, en los espacios territoriales más alejados de nuestro país”, señaló.

Mañana viernes por la mañana se desarrollarán las mesas técnicas con participación de los equipos de los Gobiernos Regionales y del Ejecutivo, mientras que a partir del mediodía se realizará la sesión plenaria que contará con la presencia del presidente Pedro Castillo, quien se dirigirá a los gobernadores regionales y demás autoridades que participan en esta reunión de coordinación, y además dará el discurso de clausura del mismo.

Asimismo, la premier Mirtha Vásquez también se dirigirá a los participantes, así como el gobernador regional de La Libertad, Manuel Llempén, y el presidente de la Asamblea Nacional de Gobiernos Regionales (ANGR) y gobernador regional de Ayacucho, Carlos Rúa.

En cuanto a los diálogos de esta jornada, los 24 gobernadores regionales participantes tendrán una intervención para tratar temas como el Plan de Emergencia Educativa, retorno progresivo a clases presenciales: reinserción escolar y mejoras en el sistema educativo peruano.

Además, se hablará sobre las estrategias de acción frente a la pandemia COVID 19 y fortalecimiento del sistema de salud, las medidas para la reactivación económica, y el impulso a la inversión pública descentralizada (FONCOR), entre otros.

De otro lado, en el marco del 16° GORE Ejecutivo hoy se realizó el “Encuentro de lideresas para el fortalecimiento del trabajo articulado”, en el que la premier Vásquez y las ministras de la Mujer, Anahí Durand; y de Desarrollo e Inclusión Social, Dina Boluarte, dialogaron con las vicegobernadoras regionales y regidoras de La Libertad en busca de una ruta para fortalecer su actuación.

El 16° GORE Ejecutivo es un espacio técnico-político de diálogo, articulación, coordinación y acción intergubernamental para concordar e implementar políticas e iniciativas en todo el territorio nacional.
