La titular del parlamento peruano afirmó que las familias y la ciudadanía en general pueden todos los fines de semana “apreciar estos hermosos nacimientos regionales de Tumbes, Junín y Cusco”, con los cuales sus artesanos han expresado “el sentimiento de sus regiones en la representación de la llegada del niño Jesús, que este año tiene un significado mucho más especial por las dificultades que seguimos atravesando por la pandemia de la COVID-19”.

“Como suele pasar en el fragor de la política”, expuso Alva Prieto, “el debate democrático nos lleva a exponer posiciones políticas con cierto apasionamiento”, hechos que, “en momentos como este, debemos reflexionar sobre la necesidad de unirnos mirando los grandes objetivos que tenemos como país para seguir trabajando por un futuro mejor para los peruanos”, puntualizó.

En otro momento, dijo que la reactivación económica para generar empleo, la salud y la lucha contra la pandemia, la necesidad de potenciar la educación y la lucha contra la corrupción, siguen siendo los temas prioritarios en los que nuestro país necesita unidad.

La titular del Parlamento agradeció a la Comisión de Educación, Juventud y Deporte, el apoyo decidido para concretar una iniciativa que “para nosotros, no solo es la exposición artística de los nacimientos, sino también la oportunidad para deponer nuestras diferencias políticas y unir esfuerzos para sacar a nuestro país adelante”.

Alva Prieto resaltó el trabajo de los artesanos de cada región que participa en esta hermosa exposición de nacimientos: Jimmy Carlos Querevalú Castro y Myrka Manayay Becerra de Tumbes; David Camavilca de Junín; Juana Mendívil Dueñas de Olarte y Danton Olarte del Cusco.

“Sigamos teniendo fe en el Perú y pidamos la bendición del Niño Dios para que en esta Navidad reine la paz en nuestro país y en los hogares de todos los peruanos”, expresó meridianamente la presidenta del Congreso.

Por su parte, el titular de la Comisión de Educación, Esdras Medina Minaya (RP), señaló que la exposición reúne y refleja la pluriculturalidad del norte, el centro y el sur del país, lo que nos ofrece amor, paz y esperanza para los pueblos. Junto a él estuvieron presentes los legisladores Ángel Aragón Carreño (AP), Jorge Zeballos Aponte (RP) y Alejandro Cavero Alva (Avanza País).

Finalmente durante el último fin de semana miles de ciudadanos y cientos de familias de los diversos distritos de Lima y turistas extranjeros, apreciaron en detalles los diversos motivos expuestos en la Plaza Bolívar de la “Navidad del Bicentenario: Nacimientos Típicos Regionales”.
