También se incluye, la solicitud de un informe de las acciones tomadas frente al desastre ecológico del derrame de petróleo ocurrido en el mar del distrito de Ventanilla y que se ha extendido al litoral del distrito de Ancón; un reporte cronológico detallado, indicando el nombre y cargo de los funcionarios responsables, de las acciones realizadas por sus ministerios y las entidades u órganos dependientes, desde las cero horas del día 14 de enero de 2022 hasta la fecha, en relación con la erupción del volcán Hunga Tonga y en relación con el desastre ecológico del derrame de petróleo ocurrido en el mar del distrito de Ventanilla.

Además, se ha solicitado un informe respecto a los términos del contrato del Estado peruano con REPSOL, de aplicación para el caso de eventos de desastres ecológicos ocurridos en el marco de las actividades del operador.

Asi mismo, la legisladora ha solicitado a la premier, Mirtha Vásquez Chuquilín, su incorporación en el Comité de Crisis de la PCM para responder de manera articulada al desastre ecológico ocasionado por el derrame de petróleo de la empresa Repsol, considerándola como Presidenta de la Comisión de Pueblos Andinos, Amazónicos y Afroperuanos, Ambiente y Ecología del Congreso de la República.

FISCALIZACIÓN EN PLAYA CAVERO DE VENTANILLA
El día de hoy, la parlamentaria ha realizado una visita a la Playa Cavero, zona de mayor contaminación ocasionada por el derrame, en su calidad de presidenta de la Comisión Pueblos Andinos, Amazónicos y Afroperuanos, Ambiente y Ecología, donde ha constatado in situ la magnitud del daño ecológico ocasionado por la refinería La Pampilla, de Repsol.

“Lamento que el Presidente de la República haya firmado un Decreto de Urgencia, meramente declarativo, al igual que me indigna las declaraciones de la premier donde señala que se le entregarían unas canastas a los pescadores artesanales perjudicados por este desastre ambiental. La población rechaza esto, y me han manifestando que nos los comprarán con unas canastas de víveres”, acotó la parlamentaria Palacios.

Likewise, the legislator has asked the premier, Mirtha Vásquez Chuquilín, to join the PCM Crisis Committee to respond in an articulated manner to the ecological disaster caused by the Repsol oil spill, considering her as President of the Commission of Andean, Amazonian and Afro-Peruvian Peoples, Environment and Ecology of the Congress of the Republic.

SUPERVISION AT CAVERO DE VENTANILLA BEACH
Today, the parliamentarian has made a visit to Cavero Beach, the area with the greatest contamination caused by the spill, in her capacity as president of the Andean, Amazonian and Afro-Peruvian Peoples, Environment and Ecology Commission, where she has verified in situ the magnitude of the ecological damage caused by Repsol’s La Pampilla refinery.

“I regret that the President of the Republic has signed an Emergency Decree, merely declaratory, just as I am outraged by the declarations of the premier where he indicates that some baskets would be delivered to the artisanal fishermen harmed by this environmental disaster. The population rejects this, and they have told me that they will buy them from us with some baskets of groceries,” said parliamentarian Palacios.
