Los participantes identificaron las acciones a tomar como medida principal de atención prioritaria en; conectividad, desarrollo económico y productivo, (agricultura, turismo y energía), educación ambiente, y gestión de riesgos de desastres, institucional y seguridad, salud, agua y saneamiento, que involucra 105 pedidos en 7 actividades vinculadas a gasto corriente, 77 de gestión y 24 grandes intervenciones asociadas a proyectos.

El gobernador regional Carlos Rua Carbajal, dijo que este encuentro fue un espacio muy importante donde se expuso las principales necesidades del VRAEM entre varios sectores y una de ellas, la principal agenda es la culminación del asfaltado de la carretera Tambo – San Francisco, cuyo expediente técnico que elabora Provias Descentralizado hace 3 años no se concluye.

“Sino hay carreteras y puentes que interconecten pueblos, no hay desarrollo económico, de igual forma exigimos que los hospitales se puedan concluir, pero dotando recurso humano con especialistas. En esta reunión acordamos encargar a la Secretaría de Descentralización de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM), para que el próximo Consejo de Ministros puedan tomar en cuenta donde el Presidente de la República, a través de un Decreto Supremo pueda plasmar disponiendo recurso económico” declaró el gobernador regional al final de la reunión.

ACUERDOS
Entre otros acuerdos plasmados señala que la PCM emita en los próximos días una Resolución Ministerial que respalde al espacio denominado “Agenda para el desarrollo territorial del VRAEM”, y se instalarán 3 grupos de trabajo social, económico, protección social para abordar la agenda del desarrollo territorial que serán liderados por las tres mancomunidades del VRAEM.

Además, convinieron otorgar como plazo máximo hasta el viernes 4 de febrero del presente año, para que el gobierno regional, los sectores del ejecutivo, las organizaciones sociales y sociedad civil acrediten a sus representantes ante las mancomunidades municipales. También figura que cada equipo trabajará de manera específica y a detalle las actividades y proyectos que deben ponerse en agenda, identificando el nivel de prioridad y prelación, la identificación de siguientes pasos en un horizonte de evaluación 2022-2026, teniendo en consideración los aspectos administrativos y el proceso de gestión de las inversiones.

Como último punto, de los acuerdos figura que la próxima reunión se realizará en el mes de abril en el territorio del NorVraem para la presentación de la agenda final, así como el informe se realizará cada seis meses y una rendición de cuentas cada año.

AGREEMENTS

It also states that each team will work specifically and in detail on the activities and projects that must be put on the agenda, identifying the level of priority and precedence, the identification of next steps in an evaluation horizon of 2022-2026, taking into consideration the administrative and the investment management process.

As a last point, the agreements state that the next meeting will be held in the month of April in the NorVraem territory for the presentation of the final agenda, as well as the report will be made every six months and an accountability every year.
