Desde Loreto-Caballococha, Pedro Castillo, promete atender las necesidades de los pueblos más olvidados.

Acompañado por los ministros de Economía y Finanzas, Pedro Francke; de la Mujer y Poblaciones Vulnerables, Anahí Durand; y de Salud, Hernando Cevallos; el mandatario llegó esta mañana a Caballococha para cumplir una agenda de trabajo en esta localidad loretana perteneciente al distrito de Ramón Castilla.

Desde la plaza de Armas, donde sostuvo un encuentro con la población, advirtió que hay mucho por hacer en los pueblos profundos del país y que sus necesidades son más grandes, pero aseveró que les dará solución.

“Ustedes pueden estar lejos de Lima, de la capital regional, pero hoy están cerca del presidente que han elegido”, expresó a los moradores, a quienes ratificó el firme compromiso de su gobierno con el desarrollo de Caballococha.

El jefe del Estado indicó que tratará el tema de esta localidad fronteriza en el encuentro presidencial que sostendrá con su homólogo de Brasil, Jair Bolsonaro, el 3 de febrero próximo.

“Hay demandas comunes en la frontera más grande que tiene esta patria. Para que quede claro, voy a sentarme a conversar (con el mandatario brasileño) para atender a la población y no se mal entienda, pues, cuando nos sentamos a conversar, algunos dicen ‘no, está yendo contra la soberanía, le va a regalar el territorio’. Falta que digan que le voy a regalar el territorio a Brasil también”, manifestó.

En esa línea, enfatizó que “somos auténticamente peruanos y sentimos y vivimos como tales. No estamos acá para decir las cosas a medias tintas”.

“No hemos venido a robar un centavo al país”, por el contrario, “hemos venido por mandato del pueblo para dar el presupuesto y atender las obras y las necesidades más urgentes”, subrayó.

En otro momento, el presidente Castillo sostuvo que en Caballococha se dará prioridad a la construcción del hospital y a las correcciones de la infraestructura de una institución educativa, de modo que sea entregada al servicio de la comunidad.

Asimismo, destacó la necesidad de que esta población, rodeada por el río, cuente con el servicio de agua potable, y afirmó que ha tomado nota de lo que sucede con el servicio de energía eléctrica, con la finalidad de que las cosas se corrijan.

En ese sentido, recalcó que los servicios tienen que ser para el pueblo y no para las personas que “no trabajan y no están en sintonía con la población”.

El jefe del Estado instó a los ciudadanos y ciudadanas a organizarse y a estar vigilantes con el correcto uso del presupuesto que se destina a las autoridades locales y regionales, para que se invierta hasta el último centavo y con transparencia.

VACUNACIÓN
De igual modo, sostuvo que su gestión trabaja de manera intensa en la vacunación contra la COVID-19, con el fin de garantizar la vida y la salud de los peruanos y peruanas.

En Caballococha, el presidente Castillo supervisó esta mañana la vacunación de niños y niñas de entre 5 y 11 años de edad contra la COVID-19, en el Instituto Educativo Tecnológico Público Mariscal Ramón Castilla, donde dialogó con varios menores inmunizados.

Luego visitó el centro de salud y supervisó la construcción del mercado local. Tras el encuentro que sostuvo con la población, se reunió con las autoridades locales y regionales en el auditorio de la municipalidad.

En esta cita participaron los ministros de Estado, el gobernador regional de Loreto, Elisbán Ochoa; el alcalde provincial de Mariscal Ramón Castilla, Rodolfo Díaz; burgomaestres distritales y apus.

To make it clear, I am going to sit down and talk (with the Brazilian president) to attend to the population and not be misunderstood, because when we sit down to talk, some say ‘no, it is going against sovereignty, he is going to give the territory’. It remains for them to say that I am going to give the territory to Brazil as well,” he said.

Along these lines, he emphasized that “we are authentically Peruvians and we feel and live as such. We are not here to say things halfway.

“We have not come to steal a penny from the country”, on the contrary, “we have come by mandate of the people to give the budget and attend to the works and the most urgent needs”, he stressed.

At another time, President Castillo said that in Caballococha priority will be given to the construction of the hospital and the corrections of the infrastructure of an educational institution, so that it is delivered to the service of the community.

He also highlighted the need for this population, surrounded by the river, to have drinking water service, and stated that he has taken note of what is happening with the electric power service, in order to correct things.

In that sense, he stressed that the services have to be for the people and not for people who “do not work and are not in tune with the population.”

The head of state urged citizens to organize and be vigilant with the correct use of the budget that is allocated to local and regional authorities, so that every last penny is invested with transparency.

VACCINATION
Similarly, he maintained that his management works intensely on vaccination against COVID-19, in order to guarantee the life and health of Peruvians.

In Caballococha, President Castillo supervised this morning the vaccination of boys and girls between 5 and 11 years of age against COVID-19, at the Mariscal Ramón Castilla Public Technological Educational Institute, where he spoke with several immunized minors.

He then visited the health center and supervised the construction of the local market. After the meeting he held with the population, he met with the local and regional authorities in the municipal auditorium.
