En dicho sorteo a PrensaPerú.pe le tocó la interrogante número dos (2), curiosamente al momento de realizarse las preguntas nos sorprenden al decirnos en el oído que eramos el número uno (1) pero que el micrófono para preguntar estaba malogrado, pero sin embargo de igual manera le formulamos la pregunta de rigor al premier peruano y a sus ministros que se hallaban presente en la Sala Pérez de Cuellar de la PCM, ya en las siguientes cuatro preguntas restantes por casualidad divina el micrófono para los periodistas y medios de comunicación que piden vacancia presidencial a cada momento en sus programaciones habituales, y censura de ministros, se arregló por arte de magia, lo que nos recuerda a los oprobiosos años de la dictadura y cuyos rezagos seguramente todavía quedan en la oficina de prensa de la PCM.
La pregunta formulada por PrensaPerú.pe al premier Aníbal Torres, fue: “…seguramente millones de madres y padres de familia acompañados de sus hijos nos estarán viendo a esta hora de la noche, que respuesta como gobierno les puede dar premier, sobre el alza del costo de la canasta familiar en estos meses y sobre el tema de los combustibles , en el tema específico del gas…gracias”
TEMAS DE LA CONFERENCIA DE PRENSA
Ya en otro momento el presidente del Consejo de Ministros, Aníbal Torres, manifestó su compromiso de impulsar una gestión dialogante con los distintos actores políticos y sociales del país, y descartó cualquier búsqueda de confrontación.
“Tienen un Gabinete Ministerial dialogante que se acercará a todas las fuerzas políticas y ciudadanos en general. Nadie quedará al margen del diálogo. De nuestra parte, no tenemos ningún ánimo de confrontar con nadie. Soy consciente del rol que tengo que desempeñar”, indicó el titular de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM).
El jefe del Gabinete Ministerial también señaló que es partidario de la economía social de mercado, la cual está regulada en la Constitución Política del Perú. “Nuestra política es de libre mercado y libre empresa, pero con participación del Estado para controlar los monopolios, los oligopolios y las posiciones dominantes que perjudican a la población”, añadió Torres.
NOS COMPROMETEMOS A DEVOLVER 6600 MILLONES A FONAVISTAS
En otro momento, el ministro de Economía y Finanzas, Óscar Graham, informó que el Ejecutivo observará la autógrafa de ley, aprobada por el Congreso, que autoriza la devolución de los aportes de los fonavistas, y precisó que se presentará una alternativa que evite generar un desbalance en las finanzas públicas.
“Conscientes de las expectativas de los fonavistas, el compromiso del gobierno es devolver los 6600 millones de soles, generar los procedimientos más céleres y presentar una alternativa que permita contar con una liquidez inmediata a los fonavistas, mientras se resuelven los temas vinculados a las listas y la priorización de la población vulnerable”, indicó Graham.
El titular del Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas (MEF) explicó que el problema con la ley aprobada por el Parlamento es que considera una devolución de 42 mil millones de soles, lo que equivale al presupuesto total del Ministerio de Educación.
AVANCE EN CONTRATACIÓN DE DOCENTE ESTÁ AL 90%
En el marco del retorno a las clases presenciales, el ministro de Educación, Rosendo Serna, informó que el avance en la contratación de docentes, a nivel nacional, alcanza el 90% en promedio, y reiteró el compromiso del Gobierno por habilitar las instituciones educativas que no se encuentren acondicionadas.
“La brecha que existe en construcción de infraestructura educativa en el país alcanza los 111 mil millones de soles. Nuestra gestión asume esa herencia y por ello nos corresponde la habilitación de las escuelas, es decir, el acondicionamiento para recibir a los escolares. La meta es que el 28 de febrero, las instituciones educativas abran sus puertas para recibir a los estudiantes”, indicó.
MINDEF Y MTC ACUERDAN CONVENIO EN BENEFICIO DE COMUNIDADES
El ministro de Defensa, José Gavidia, anunció que su sector suscribirá un convenio con el Ministerio de Transportes y Comunicaciones para el impulso de dos programas: “Tendiendo puentes”, para instalar alrededor de 700 puentes con la participación de los batallones de ingeniería, y “Uniendo pueblos”, a fin de comunicar a las comunidades que se encuentran aisladas.
“El impulso a estos programas empezará en el VRAEM, en donde sostendremos reuniones con autoridades regionales y locales para desarrollar el proyecto de construcción del aeropuerto de Pichari, iniciar el tendido e instalación de los puentes y la implementación de los caminos rurales”, expresó Gavidia.
