Así lo mencionó durante su participación en la segunda sesión ordinaria de la Comisión Intergubernamental del sector Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo – CIGTPE, la cual es liderada por la ministra de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo, Betssy Chavez Chino, y que se viene desarrollando en la ciudad de Arequipa.

Baldeón indicó que su gestión tiene como prioridad el diálogo social constructivo. “Hoy establecemos una relación con las direcciones regionales de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo, para escuchar su problemática y propuestas, con el objetivo de potenciar un solo resultado en función de los trabajadores”, mencionó.

Cabe señalar que, dentro del eje de la articulación, la SUNAFIL implementó, en el año 2021, 522 mesas de trabajo, de las cuales 111 fueron nacionales y 411 descentralizadas. Del total, 324 fueron con centrales sindicales y 198 con asociaciones empresariales.

Asimismo, solo en enero de este año, ya se llevaron a cabo 48 reuniones de las mesas de trabajo, donde el 60% fueron con organizaciones sindicales.
