La denuncia presentada por la legisladora y presidenta de la Comisión de Pueblos Andinos, Amazónicos y Afroperuanos, Ambiente y Ecología del Congreso de la República del Perú, Margot Palacios Huamán se da luego que quedase al descubierto ante la opinión pública por la publicación del semanario “Hildebrandt en sus Trece” de un reportaje lapidario que pinta de cuerpo entero la posición de la derecha peruana por querer lograr la vacancia presidencial del actual gobernante peruano de clara posición de izquierda, que está implementando un gobierno que afecta los intereses de las clases políticas y sociales que siempre se han turnado en los gobiernos de la nación Inca durante sus doscientos años de vida independiente.

Es por eso que desde su elección como gobernante hasta la fecha Pedro Castillo Terrones ha sufrido el asedio de la oposición política en el Congreso que busca su vacancia mediante varias mociones de censura por parte de parlamentarios que viven de rodillas al poder económico del Perú y de las grandes transnacionales, y ante el ataque visceral, inmoral y mezquino de una prensa mercenaria que siempre ha vivido de la publicidad estatal y empoderada durante la época de la dictadura oprobiosa del fujimontesinismo.

Según los juristas peruanos, indican que la nueva acusación contra María del Carmen Alva Prieto se basa en los artículos 102°, 112°, 113°, 114° y 117° de la Constitución Política y por inconductas tipificadas en los artículos 108°-A, 317° y 349° del Código Penal. En ese sentido y como corresponde la demanda fue presentada ante la Subcomisión de Acusaciones Constitucionales del Parlamento, y se solicita se le dé el respectivo trámite de ley.

Por otro lado la parlamentaria Margot Palacios Huamán manifestó que los denunciados habrían cometido los presuntos delitos de homicidio calificado por la condición de la víctima, organización criminal y conspiración para una rebelión, sedición o motín.

Finalmente en las últimas horas y al cierre del presente despacho se conoció de muy buenas fuentes que diversos ciudadanos y colectivos sociales de la nación Inca, denunciarán ante el Ministerio Público a la señora María del Carmen Alva Prieto, por conspiración sediciosa contra el presidente Pedro Castillo, a probables golpistas ampayados por “Hildebrandt en sus Trece”, como son ya los conocidos detractores parlamentarios Jorge Montoya, Williams Zapata, Patricia Juarez, Lourdes Flores Nano, Jorge Del Castillo, Nano Guerra García y otros.
