Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe El jefe de la PCM Aníbal Torres Vásquez, lideró junto al gabinete ministerial de la nación Inca, una conferencia de prensa para abordar de manera frontal las provocadoras acciones golpistas que vienen operando un reducido grupo de parlamentarios, precisamente los más ociosos, ya que no presentan nada, o poca producción legislativa y todo el tiempo desde que se instaló el parlamento peruano en julio del 2021 se la pasan buscando la forma como interrumpir el sistema democrático y el estado de derecho de la nación.
CRONOLOGÍA DE ACTOS DE LOS GOLPISTAS
De manera cronológica el premier Torres Vásquez, enumero todos los actos que evidencian un plan orquestado para derrocar al presidente legítimamente elegido por los peruanos para ser su presidente.
En los últimos días se ha puesto al descubierto una reunión secreta de congresistas y políticos de la oposición con una agenda que respondería a definir la estrategia legal para finiquitar la forma de cómo se puede sacar al presidente de la República.
Este hecho no es sino la continuación de una serie de acciones de los mismos grupos que se negaron a aceptar los resultados electorales y desde un inicio se dedicaron a desestabilizar al gobierno.
No solo proclamaron la teoría del supuesto fraude sino que ahora pretenden urdir en secreto un plan para generar un golpe de Estado mediante la vacancia presidencial, la acusación constitucional o la renuncia presidencial.
El 19 de octubre del 2021, el Poder Ejecutivo presentó el Proyecto de Ley 747 para evitar el uso irrazonable de la vacancia presidencial y la disolución del Congreso. A la fecha el proyecto se encuentra sin dictamen.
El 21 de octubre del 2021 se publica la Ley 31355, aprobada por insistencia por el Congreso, que restringe la facultad del Poder Ejecutivo para plantear cuestiones de confianza, facultad sobre la reforma constitucional o proyectos de ley.
El Congreso está permanentemente buscando allanar el camino de la vacancia, mediante la modificación de la Constitución con normas totalmente inconstitucionales.
Lo que hizo primero, el Congreso de la República, fue reducir las facultades del Ejecutivo para plantear cuestión de confianza y ahora trata de eliminar la cuestión de confianza obligatoria en el momento en que el gabinete se presenta a exponer el plan de gobierno.
El 10 de noviembre del 2021, los congresistas presentaron la solicitud de vacancia por incapacidad moral contra el presidente Castillo. Dicha moción no fue admitida.
El 7 de diciembre del 2021, estos mismos congresistas presentaron el PL 918 para reformar el artículo 117 de la Constitución ampliando los supuestos para suspender o destituir al presidente. Su objetivo es siempre la destitución del presidente.
Según un semanario periodístico se produjo una reunión con el objetivo de vacar al presidente de la República. Reunión que se hizo secretamente pero que fue detectada por la habilidad de dos periodistas.
ADVERTIMOS AL MUNDO DE UN PLAN GOLPISTA EN EL PERÚ
Peruanas, peruanos y comunidad internacional, están advertidos de este plan que ha sido puesto al descubierto. Estas acciones son producto de un sector minoritario del Congreso, que atentan contra el Estado de Derecho, la democracia y la gobernabilidad.
Saludamos a las bancadas que promueven la gobernabilidad, a quienes llamamos a trabajar en unidad por lograr el progreso de nuestra patria.
La Constitución Política establece que la presentación del gabinete debe llevarse a cabo dentro de los 30 días siguientes a la juramentación. Es facultad exclusiva del Congreso otorgarnos o no la confianza. Nosotros respetaremos la decisión del Parlamento.
En acto democrático y en búsqueda de consensos llamamos a todas las fuerzas políticas representadas por el Congreso a trabajar de manera conjunta en la agenda país. Para ello, visitaré a cada una de las bancadas para dialogar y recoger sus inquietudes.
El Perú está esperando de nosotros que gobernemos, que dejemos la confrontación y afrontemos las tareas importantísimas que se necesitan realizar a fin de incrementar la vacunación contra la COVID-19, para abrir el mercado y crecer económicamente.
Finalmente el premier peruano agregó, el gabinete ministerial y el presidente se mantienen unidos y firmes en defensa de la democracia y el orden constitucional. Nada impedirá que sigamos trabajando para enfrentar los grandes problemas nacionales.
