“[En Consejo de Ministros] hemos acordado intensificar la vacunación contra la COVID-19; si es posible vacunaremos las 24 horas en determinadas fechas que ya se comunicarán. Necesitamos que la mayoría de peruanos se vacunen para reabrir los mercados y generar crecimiento económico y puestos de trabajo”, anunció el jefe del gabinete ministerial, quien además señaló que se flexibilizarán las medidas sanitarias.
Sobre el reinicio de las clases presenciales, el titular de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM) manifestó que el Ejecutivo trabaja intensamente para refaccionar las instituciones educativas, a fin de que se encuentren aptas para recibir a los estudiantes. Asimismo, destacó la importancia de las vacunas para garantizar el retorno a las escuelas.
“Se tiene que incentivar la vacunación de los niños, padres de familia y profesores, para que no haya ninguna dificultad al momento de regresar a las clases. Al igual que en otros países, pensamos que se debe hacer sin distanciamiento”, declaró.
SOBRE EL VOTO DE CONFIANZA
Por otro lado, confirmó que el Gabinete Ministerial que preside se presentará el próximo 8 de marzo ante el pleno del Congreso para sustentar la política general de gobierno y solicitar el voto de confianza. “La presidenta del Congreso ha señalado como fecha el 8 de marzo, nosotros aceptamos la fecha propuesta por el Congreso”, expresó. Asimismo, sobre la cuestión de confianza, sostuvo que esta es facultad del Congreso de la República que definirá si la otorga o no, “pero que eso es lo constitucional y se tiene que acatar”.
De otro lado, ofreció disculpas a los congresistas por haber manifestado expresiones en su contra y pidió terminar con los desencuentros entre el Legislativo y el Ejecutivo. “La intención es encontrar consensos para enrumbar a nuestro país hacia el bienestar de todos los peruanos”, añadió.
NUEVOS DECRETOS LEGISLATIVOS EN ECONOMÍA
El ministro de Economía y Finanzas, Óscar Graham, informó que en el Consejo se aprobaron tres decretos legislativos que están en el marco de la delegación de facultades, otorgada por el Congreso de la República.
El primero está relacionado a modificaciones en el sistema de contabilidad pública. “Estamos adaptando las normas internacionales de contabilidad del sector público, lo que permitirá una contabilidad mucho más transparente, basada en costos”, indicó el titular del Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas.
Finalmente, Graham explicó que el segundo decreto busca reducir la elusión y evasión de impuestos, mientras que el tercero tiene por objetivo transparentar el uso del Registro Único de Contribuyentes (RUC).
LA PAZ SOCIAL EN EL CORREDOR VIAL SUR
Sobre la tregua de 45 días otorgada por la comunidad campesina de Ccapacmarca, Aníbal Torres reiteró el compromiso del Gobierno para solucionar el conflicto social en ese sector del corredor vial sur.
“El corredor es muy grande y sabemos que en otros sectores quieren tomar medidas de fuerza, no obstante, buscamos resolver el conflicto a través del diálogo. Tengan plena seguridad de que lo resolveremos porque así podremos dar facilidades a la actividad privada y esto va a generar puestos de trabajo y crecimiento económico”, añadió.

Likewise, on the matter of trust, he maintained that this is the power of the Congress of the Republic that will define whether to grant it or no, “but that is what is constitutional and has to be obeyed.”
On the other hand, he apologized to the congressmen for having expressed expressions against him and asked to end the disagreements between the Legislative and the Executive. “The intention is to find consensus to guide our country towards the welfare of all Peruvians,” he added.
NEW LEGISLATIVE DECREES IN ECONOMY
The Minister of Economy and Finance, Óscar Graham, reported that the Council approved three legislative decrees that are within the framework of the delegation of powers, granted by the Congress of the Republic.
The first is related to changes in the public accounting system. “We are adapting international accounting standards for the public sector, which will allow much more transparent accounting, based on costs,” said the head of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

Regarding the 45-day truce granted by the peasant community of Ccapacmarca, Aníbal Torres reiterated the Government’s commitment to resolve the social conflict in that sector of the southern highway corridor.
“The corridor is very large and we know that in other sectors they want to take forceful measures, however, we seek to resolve the conflict through dialogue. Rest assured that we will resolve it because that way we will be able to facilitate private activity and this will generate jobs and economic growth,” he added.
