“Llamo a los inversionistas, a las empresas, pues acá existe seguridad jurídica y garantizaremos la seguridad económica del país”, anotó al participar en el inicio de la Reunión Ejecutiva: Consolidando las agendas territoriales, que reúne a gobernadores regionales y ministros de Estado y se desarrolla en Lima Centro de Convenciones, en el distrito de San Borja.

Se debe señalar que el Perú logró 56,28 puntos en la calificación del riesgo país de la agencia Bloomberg en el cuarto trimestre de 2021, lo cual lo ubica como el más estable de América Latina y el Caribe, desplazando a Chile, que alcanzó 52,79 puntos.

El mandatario enfatizó que su gestión impulsará responsablemente la reactivación económica, garantizando la estabilidad política y jurídica del país.

Asimismo, instó a las autoridades regionales a agendar los temas más urgentes, pues el pueblo así lo está esperando, y reafirmó su compromiso para avanzar en esta labor y lograr una verdadera descentralización.

SIN TINTE POLÍTICO
“Vamos a estructurar un cronograma de visitas y espero que en eso se agende a los gobernadores regionales, porque hemos dado instrucciones precisas a los ministros para que atiendan las demandas de los gobernadores y prioricen las obras sin tinte político”, afirmó.

“No miremos la camiseta política, porque somos la parte ejecutiva que estamos para atender al país. Los gobernadores regionales vienen con la necesidad, no con una necedad, y hay que atenderlos urgentemente”, remarcó y apuntó, en ese sentido, que el esfuerzo de todas las autoridades nos llevará a atender a los pueblos más necesitados del país.

Sostuvo que, así como se ha atendido a la población en el marco de la lucha contra la pandemia de la COVID-19, se debe hacer lo propio en el contexto de la educación, de la descentralización y de la salud.

“Estos problemas no han sido creados en este gobierno, sino que son demandas históricas, y hoy corresponde a esta generación ponernos de acuerdo para solucionarlos”, señaló.

“Ustedes (los gobernadores regionales) son bienvenidos en Palacio, en la PCM, en cada uno de los ministerios y en cualquier rincón de país. Agendemos lo más urgente, que el pueblo está esperando”, manifestó.

En otro momento, el presidente Castillo sostuvo que los gobernadores regionales representan la voz auténtica de los pueblos profundos del país y que “estamos dando muestras que somos un gobierno que cumple su palabra, en el marco de la verdadera descentralización del país”.

“La Ley de Descentralización no debe estar solo en el papel o en la prédica, tenemos que hacerla realidad”, indicó para destacar que este tema se encuentra enmarcado en la Política General de Gobierno para el período 2021-2026.

“Me satisface que, como Ejecutivo y como gobiernos regionales, estemos acá para hablar el mismo lenguaje y atender las necesidades más urgentes del país. He dado instrucciones a los ministros para que salgan de sus pupitres y abran las puertas a los gobernadores regionales, pues ellos traen la auténtica y verdadera necesidad de los pueblos. Si no es así, reitero que los ministros están en constante evaluación”, manifestó.

“Este grito de las autoridades locales, de los barrios, de los centros poblados, pidiendo mayor presupuesto y atención, se debe dar inmediatamente”, puntualizó.

En el inicio del evento también intervinieron el presidente del Consejo de Ministros, Aníbal Torres; y el titular de la Asamblea Nacional de Gobiernos Regionales (ANGR), Jean Paul Benavente.

The regional governors come with the need, not with a foolishness, and they must be attended to urgently”, he remarked and pointed out, in this sense, that the effort of all the authorities will lead us to attend to the most needy peoples of the country.

He argued that, just as the population has been served in the framework of the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic, the same should be done in the context of education, decentralization and health.

“These problems have not been created in this government, but are historical demands, and today it is up to this generation to agree to solve them,” he said.

“You (the regional governors) are welcome in the Palace, in the PCM, in each one of the ministries and in any corner of the country. Let’s schedule the most urgent, that the people are waiting for, “he said.

At another point, President Castillo maintained that the regional governors represent the authentic voice of the profound peoples of the country and that “we are showing that we are a government that keeps its word, within the framework of the true decentralization of the country.”

“The Decentralization Law should not only be on paper or preached, we have to make it a reality,” he indicated to highlight that this issue is framed in the General Government Policy for the period 2021-2026.

“I am satisfied that, as Executive and as regional governments, we are here to speak the same language and attend to the most urgent needs of the country. I have instructed the ministers to get out of their desks and open the doors to the regional governors, because they bring the authentic and true needs of the people. If not, I reiterate that the ministers are constantly evaluating,” he said.

“This cry from the local authorities, from the neighborhoods, from the populated centers, asking for more budget and attention, must be given immediately,” he pointed out.
