Sostuvo que la transparencia en la ejecución de obras y la revisión de algunos contratos permitirá tener ahorros sustanciales para declarar en emergencia la educación y atender las necesidades urgentes como infraestructura, equipamiento, maestros bien capacitados y alimentación para los escolares.

“En mi gobierno no quedará ningún alumno sin matrícula. Los niños no pueden estar fuera de la escuela, del sistema educativo. Muchas veces nos han dicho que debemos combatir la deserción escolar, pero los niños no son los desertores; hay que recuperar a esos niños”, enfatizó.

Señaló que el país no puede cumplir otro centenario de vida independiente con casi tres millones de ciudadanos analfabetos.

“Debemos terminar con esa triste realidad”, manifestó el mandatario a la población reunida en la plaza de Chachapoyas, donde anunció que la tercera semana de marzo se instalará el Muni–Ejecutivo en esa ciudad, un encuentro que congregará a las autoridades locales y los ministros de Estado.

En esa línea, pidió a los alcaldes provinciales, distritales y de centros poblados, así como a los congresistas de Amazonas y a los líderes sociales participar en esta reunión, que permitirá agendar las principales obras para la región y conocer en qué se invierte el presupuesto que destina el Ejecutivo a sus autoridades.

Indicó que en el Muni-Ejecutivo, el ministro de Transportes y Comunicaciones, Juan Silva, garantizará la ejecución y afirmado de trochas carrozables en los centros poblados, dado que el objetivo del Gobierno es romper con el aislamiento en que se encuentran algunos pobladores.

SOLIDEZ Y CONFIANZA PARA LAS INVERSIONES
Asimismo, durante una reunión con autoridades locales, el presidente Castillo destacó que la responsabilidad demostrada por las autoridades y los peruanos para enfrentar la crisis sanitaria y económica, ha permitido que el Perú sea reconocido como el país con la economía más sólida y estable de la región.

“A pesar del ruido político innecesario, hoy demostramos al Perú y al mundo que somos un gobierno con estabilidad económica sostenible y confiable. Desde Amazonas llamo a los inversionistas, a los empresarios privados a invertir en el país, en Amazonas y sus distritos, para potenciar la riqueza turística y agropecuaria”, subrayó.

Para alcanzar este objetivo, sostuvo que es necesario la unidad y el compromiso del Ejecutivo, del gobernador regional, de los alcaldes y de las diferentes instancias del Estado que deben hablar un solo lenguaje, a fin de impulsar el desarrollo del país.

“Este es un gobierno netamente rural y nos vamos a fajar para destinar los presupuestos a los últimos lugares, en el marco de la verdadera descentralización del país, de la economía y de los servicios del Estado”, puntualizó.

Posteriormente, el jefe del Estado se trasladó a la provincia de Rodríguez de Mendoza, donde el alcalde de esta ciudad, Helder Rodríguez, lo declaró huésped ilustre y le entregó las llaves de la ciudad.

Ante el pedido del burgomaestre para la ejecución de la carretera Chachapoyas-Rodríguez de Mendoza, el presidente Castillo aseguró que este lunes el ministro de Transportes y Comunicaciones lo recibirá para hacer viable esta obra.
