Desde el lunes 28 de febrero al 2 de marzo, titular del Poder Judicial sostendrá agenda de trabajo con cada CSJ del país.

Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe La presidenta del Poder Judicial, Elvia Barrios Alvarado, sostendrá reuniones de trabajo, en Lima, con los presidentes/as de las 35 cortes superiores de justicia del país, desde el lunes 28 de febrero hasta el miércoles 2 de marzo.

El objetivo de este encuentro es intercambiar conocimientos y experiencias para mejorar y avanzar en la modernización del servicio de administración de justicia, así como reafirmar el compromiso de brindar un mejor servicio a la ciudadanía.

Esta actividad fue oficializada mediante Resolución Administrativa N° 000014-2022-P-CE-PJ, que refiere que la Presidencia del Poder Judicial tiene como política de trabajo fortalecer la gestión institucional, por lo cual resulta necesario desarrollar estas reuniones de trabajo.

La actividad contará también con la participación del gerente general del Poder Judicial, Eduardo Vargas Pacheco, los gerentes de línea de la Gerencia General del Poder Judicial, así como de los gerentes y/o jefes de las oficinas de administración distrital.

TEMAS
En los tres días del encuentro, los presidentes/as de las cortes superiores expondrán sobre tres temas: logros de gestión en el Año Judicial 2021 y pendientes, la proyección de metas de la gestión para el Año Judicial 2022, y problemática sobre tres temas críticos y priorizados.

También se presentará la problemática de la producción judicial en materia penal en las cortes superiores de justicia y el proyecto de los módulos integrados de flagrancia, que estará a cargo de Barrios Alvarado.

Asimismo, funcionarios del Poder Judicial expondrán sobre los convenios con los gobiernos regionales y locales, la productividad judicial en cifras, un conversatorio sobre la consolidación de la independencia y autonomía del Poder Judicial.

Los gerentes de las diversas áreas del Poder Judicial también realizarán exposiciones sobre temas transversales recurrentes en las cortes superiores de justicia del país.

TOPICS
