Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe Con la finalidad de promover la especialización de los profesionales que apoyan la labor jurisdiccional, el Poder Judicial organiza una jornada académica internacional dirigida a las psicólogas y psicólogos de los equipos multidisciplinarios de las cortes superiores de justicia que forman parte del ámbito de acción del Programa Celeridad de Procesos Judiciales de Familia -PpR0067, así como del Ministerio Público y el Ministerio de la Mujer y Poblaciones Vulnerables.
El evento académico denominado “Desafíos para la evaluación pericial psicológica en conflictos de familia” a realizarse los días 3 y 4 de marzo próximo, contará con la participación de especialistas en Psicología de Argentina, Chile y Perú, y tiene como objetivo analizar desde una perspectiva comparada, el procedimiento de evaluación psicológica de las personas involucradas en los conflictos de orden familiar y las posibles alternativas para componer las relaciones alteradas.
Esta actividad será inaugurada por la presidenta del Poder Judicial, Elvia Barrios Alvarado.
TEMAS
Los temas a abordar en estos dos días de jornada académica son: “Desafíos para la evaluación pericial en casos de conflicto intrafamiliar”, a cargo de Paula Romina Putallaz (Argentina) con experiencia como perito psicóloga en el Superior Tribunal de Justicia de la Provincia de Entre Ríos, Argentina, y docente de Continua Universidad Continental.
También “Evaluación de habilidades parentales en contextos de Violencia de Pareja”, a cargo de Ana Righetti Maureira (Chile), psicóloga de la Gendarmería de Chile, Supervisora Técnica en el Centro de Reinserción Social de Santiago, perito psicóloga de la Ilustre Corte de Apelaciones de Santiago y de la Fiscalía Nacional, y docente de Continua Universidad Continental.
Otro tema es “Evaluación de daño psicológico en casos de violencia intrafamiliar”, a cargo de Natalia García Lizama (Chile), experta como perito psicóloga forense del Equipo Pericial del Centro de Atención en Víctimas de Atentados Sexuales y Delitos Violentos, y del Equipo Pericial Imputados y Testigos del Instituto de Criminología de la Policía de Investigaciones de Chile, y docente de Continua Universidad Continental.
Además, se tratará “Evaluación de afectación psicológica y daño psíquico en violencia de pareja, experiencia nacional”, a cargo Giuliana Gal ́Lino Vargas-Machuca, psicóloga y directora ejecutiva de la Asociación COMETA Perú.
De igual modo, se abordará el tema “Evaluación de competencias parentales en casos de niñas, niños y adolescentes en situación de desprotección familiar según el Decreto Legislativo 1297”, a cargo de Joaquín Castillo Vásquez, psicólogo Analista Social de la Dirección de Protección Especial de la Dirección General de Niñas, Niños y Adolescentes del Ministerio de la Mujer y Poblaciones Vulnerables.
El tema “Evaluación psicológica pericial en los procesos de apoyos y salvaguardias”, estará a cargo de Liliana Guadalupe Villena Mogrovejo, psicóloga del Equipo Multidisciplinario de la Corte Superior de Justicia del Cusco.
El evento académico se transmitirá a través de la plataforma Zoom y estará habilitado para 1000 participantes y se retransmitirá a través de las redes sociales del Poder Judicial del Perú y a través del Canal judicial Justicia TV.

In addition, “Evaluation of psychological affectation and psychic damage in intimate partner violence, national experience” will be discussed, by Giuliana Gal ́Lino Vargas-Machuca, psychologist and executive director of the COMETA Peru Association.
Similarly, the topic “Assessment of parental skills in cases of children and adolescents in a situation of family vulnerability according to Legislative Decree 1297” will be addressed, by Joaquín Castillo Vásquez, Social Analyst psychologist of the Directorate of Special Protection of the General Directorate of Children and Adolescents of the Ministry of Women and Vulnerable Populations.
