Peru is the only country in South America that returns to the World Tourism Show and Lambayeque is the destination of honor.

Peruvian News Agency PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe The Commission for the Promotion of Peru for Exports and Tourism (PROMPERÚ) continues with the dissemination of our wonderful destinations, joining forces to bring our natural and historical wealth to spaces such as the World Tourism Show in Paris, where Peru shows the best of its offer to thousands of attendees.

In this way, our country returns through the front door to the World Tourism Fair, which takes place from March 17 to 20, with a pavilion that brings together 7 travel agencies, a restaurant and an airline, which are offering interesting tourist packages in order to promote the different Peruvian regions. This offer is expected to reach 100 thousand potential travelers.

PROMPERÚ also stated that the destination of honor in this edition is Lambayeque, where some of the most important museums in the country are located, such as the Royal Tombs Museum and the Brunning Museum. For these reasons, the presentation reflects the culture and history of this region in the Peruvian pavilion.

Peru, in this edition, is the only destination in South America that will be presented at the event, which is why our gastronomy will complement the varied tourist offer that we are offering. Thus, throughout the presentation we will be offering the option of acquiring Peruvian dishes whose preparation is in charge of a renowned Peruvian restaurant located in Paris.

In addition, during the four days of the fair, PROMPERÚ’s commercial office in France has planned a dance program by the renowned groups América Andina, Club Libertad Marinera, a subsidiary of Paris, Escuela Fernando Seminario, Escuela Moche, Estampas del Perú and the singer-songwriter Ricardo Delgado and the Peru Andino group.

It is worth mentioning that this is a special moment to celebrate our country, since a few months ago it was chosen for the eighth year as the best culinary destination in the world, the best cultural destination in the world and Machupicchu as the best tourist attraction in the world. These recognitions will be highlighted at this event, which is the largest gathering for French travelers eager to decide where they will spend their next vacation.
