“Saludo el compromiso de los jueces y juezas, y también de los trabajadores, sin duda el Expediente Judicial Electrónico (EJE) es una respuesta a la necesidad de una justicia célere, pero no es suficiente; requerimos que internalicen el enfoque de género, que haya empatía, sensibilidad con las víctimas”, demandó.

Así lo sostuvo durante el acto de inauguración del EJE y la Mesa de Partes Electrónica (MPE) en la especialidad Familia, subespecialidad en violencia contra las mujeres e integrantes del grupo familiar de la Corte Superior de Junín.

Demandó también un compromiso en la difusión de los programas tecnológicos que ha creado el Poder Judicial para erradicar la violencia de género como el Botón de Pánico y Seguras, esta última que permite a las víctimas ubicar los servicios que brindan las instituciones del sistema de justicia. .

“Necesitamos acciones concretas, que se materialicen los programas que orientan a erradicar la violencia; por eso, es que si advertimos que hay un retroceso en la aplicación del enfoque de género, ahí estaremos, adelante, haciendo lo que corresponde”, aseguró.

La autoridad judicial también expresó su preocupación por la falta de apoyo para la implementación del Sistema Nacional Especializado de Justicia para la protección y sanción de la violencia contra las mujeres e integrantes del grupo familiar (SNEJ), pues solo se ha ejecutado en ocho cortes superiores.

En tanto, el presidente de la Comisión de Trabajo del EJE, Héctor Lama More, expresó que el EJE y la MPE traerá celeridad, y permitirá a los justiciables hacer el seguimiento de su proceso desde cualquier parte del país.

“El EJE tiene la ventaja que elimina los tiempos muertos y al ser tecnológico el expediente puede ser visto por el justiciable desde cualquier”, destacó.

Esta opinión fue compartida por el presidente de la Corte Superior de Junín, Luis Samaniego Cornelio, quien resaltó la celeridad que traerá consigo ambas herramientas en la subespecialidad de violencia.

El EJE y la MPE se ejecuta en la Sala Civil Permanente de Huancayo (sede central); el Quinto, Sexto, Séptimo, Octavo, Noveno y Décimo Juzgado de Familia, subespecialidad en violencia (Módulo Judicial Integrado de Huancayo) y la Sala Mixta Descentralizada de Tarma.
