En tal sentido, recomendó a las Presidencias de las Cortes Superiores de Justicia adoptar las medidas necesarias.

Así lo dispuso el órgano de gobierno judicial mediante Resolución Administrativa N° 000113-2022-CE-PJ, la cual prorroga del 1 al 30 de abril de 2022, la vigencia del Protocolo denominado ‘Medidas de reactivación de los órganos jurisdiccionales y administrativos del Poder Judicial, posterior al levantamiento del aislamiento social obligatorio (…)’.

La norma indica que los jueces y juezas que no cuenten con el esquema de vacunación completa de la COVID-19, y/o que hayan sido evaluados por el profesional médico de la respectiva Corte, efectuarán trabajo remoto.

Las labores del personal jurisdiccional y administrativo se realizarán en forma presencial diaria durante cinco horas, que se completará con trabajo remoto de tres horas.

Para preservar el aforo correspondiente, los/as servidores/as cumplirán la jornada laboral en dos turnos: mañana y tarde.

El primer turno será de 7:45 a 12:45 horas, el cual se complementará con tres horas de trabajo remoto.

Asimismo, el segundo turno se efectivizará de 13:30 a 18:30 horas, complementándose con tres horas de trabajo remoto. El trabajo presencial se realizará obligatoriamente como mínimo cinco horas diarias.

El citado horario de trabajo presencial, excepcionalmente, se podrá fijar en ocho horas diarias por la Presidencia del Poder Judicial y los/as Presidentes/as de las cortes superiores de justicia, de acuerdo con la realidad y ubicación geográfica y garantizándose las condiciones de aforo y distanciamiento social.

Likewise, the second shift will take place from 1:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., complemented by three hours of remote work. The face-to-face work will be compulsorily carried out at least five hours a day.

The aforementioned face-to-face work schedule, exceptionally, may be set at eight hours a day by the Presidency of the Judiciary and the Presidents of the superior courts of justice, in accordance with the reality and geographical location and guaranteeing the capacity conditions and social distancing.
