De acuerdo a lo establecido en el Decreto Supremo 003-2022-TR, publicado en el Diario Oficial El Peruano, se aprueba un aumento de 95 soles que regirá a partir del 1 de mayo del presente año, con lo cual la RMV pasará de 930 soles a 1,025 soles.

“El artículo 24 de la Constitución Política del Perú establece que el trabajador tiene derecho a una remuneración equitativa y suficiente que procure, para él y su familia, el bienestar material y espiritual; y que corresponde al Estado la regulación de la remuneración mínima, con participación de las organizaciones representativas de trabajadores y empleadores”, explica la norma en sus considerandos.

Asimismo, sostiene que el reajuste de la remuneración mínima toma en cuenta criterios técnicos para el análisis de los índices de inflación y productividad, a fin de que el incremento refleje el desempeño económico del país y contribuya con la mejora sostenida del poder adquisitivo de los trabajadores.

El Decreto Supremo está refrendado por la ministra de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo, Betssy Chávez; y tiene la rúbrica del jefe de Estado.
